Maybe to show more of what her life is like? Would they have Ricki involved in part of these dates at all? But part of going to the guys HT is to get a better sense of who there are and where they came from.

There is the possibility that she went from Chicago to Utah then down to Arizona then over to Texas. This could be possible if they will leave for their next destination from the Eastern U.S.
