We don't see the Dollywood Date, but it is an early date ( Ep. 3). At first, I thought Jef was on the Ep. 7 group date in Prague, and the kiss scene was SQT time by an identified possible river; however, when the press release stated a private dinner date which insinuated water, I began to wonder if this was possibly Jef's.

The early date and the possibility of a repeat 1-1 in either Ep. 6 or Ep. 7 make Jef's chances look good.

However, nobody has had back-to-back repeats in Ep. 5 and Ep. 6, so that does not look good for Sean. He could possibly have that 1-1 that is in contention in Ep.7, and Doug and Jef are in the group date with Jef just getting SQT to kiss Emily beside the waterway.

Jef's chances look better than Sean's as far as scheduling in my opinion given what we know right now.

Unless we are missing something, the scheduling is not right with Jef for a traditional F1 as far back as Matt's season which is basically the way they have set things up as opposed to prior to Matt's season.**

What I am really anticipating and hoping for is a detailed date description from Reality Steve. That will help us so much.

The next thing to take into consideration are the hints that we have been getting that Emily may be going her own way. How? Does this mean that what has been working pretty basically overall in the last 9 seasons is going to get overturned?

Now, I am speculating, but I have said many times that I have noticed that they like to do repeats from season to season, especially sometimes in cycles of 2 in certain ways.

If indeed Chris is out at F4 he roughly ( not exactly) correlates to Emily at F6 who had the Adventure Date in EP. 3.

I am wondering if we are having a repeat cycle of last season:

Arie is in the date slot Courtney - Ep. 2, 2nd 1-1. He is in the F3

Jef is in the date slot Lindzi -Ep. 3, 2nd 1-1. He is in the F3

Sean is in the date slot Nicki -Ep. 5. He is in the F3.



The other scenario does not correlate at all with any season we have when you view what we know with all F3. The only thing that fits any season would be F1 Jeff in the 3rd Ep. 2nd date slot. We don't have a verified 2nd date for him or Sean.

Aww thanks uncalum.....Sean is defintely a cutie and to see him with his nieces and nephew and to hear that her group of friends see a special quality in him as well, nuff said for me. ;-) I see that alot are on the Arie train but, for me i hope she goes a different direction since she has been down the road of the appeal of the racing world. JMO

Since my first choice Ryan is gone ( gotta root for the home town guy) Sean was my second fav...hopefully she continues to see something special in him to keep him to F2

Courtney had the 2nd date Ep. 2, I think, didn't she? If indeed Arie does get the Green Brier Date, then he will be getting the Ep. 2, 2nd date as well. The dates won't be similar in nature but the same slot.

I think until we find out about the missing dates that we can't assume just yet. It is likely we will know who the F1 is by the time we get the date info but I can't imagine Jef having a 1:1 and then a group date the next day with that many guys still there. I looked at the contestant chart. In England (epi 5), we have all of the guys accounted for on the group date, Sean has a 1:1 and Jef is not assigned any date. We'd either have to assume that Jef got a second 1:1 during that episode or that the group of guys in England is larger than we think, right?

Another point in Arie's favor though is the fact that, if the eliminations are correct, Arie is the only one of the F4 with a 1:1 date in the episode before HTDs. She eliminates the other two guys who had 1:1s with her. Her other F4 are in a group together. It could be a repeat of Ash and JP when poor Lucas and Ames suffered through the Jash wedding promo, or it could be that, if the rest of her F4 are in a group setting but Arie is on his own date receiving her undivided attention, she's making him feel special.

I find it strange that all three of the guys that we know who got 1on1 dates in the first three episodes, all have been eliminated.

Ryan, Chris and Doug. They must have been early favorites to get those early dates.
As well, those were very public dates (intentional exposure for diversionary leaks?)

But it is the 'hidden' dates during those weeks that have me wondering.
Why have they been hidden, even up till now?
We don't know who had Dollywood or Greenbrier or possible an other early date??

As well, there was a huge camouflage with Sean's London 1on1 because on April 1st, we were still all searching around Canada for filming locations due to RS saying that they were in Toronto.
Technically, had those few pics not surfaced on the corner of the street by Westminster Hall, Sean would still be flying under the radar.
Most would be wondering, "why is she just dragging HIM along for the ride"? (And SOME still are thinking that! )

One has to wonder why RS was mislead about the Toronto filming location????

So assuming that her initial first impression guys - or those pushed on her by TPTB- got those first public dates, the final 3's journeys have been quite secretive.... EXCEPT FOR THIS STRANGE COINCIDENCE

The only thing about repeating the previous season's pattern exactly is it requires that the lead and producers set in stone the F4 order at the M&G, and don't waver. As we have seen, sometimes they do, as Ashley's season is a good example of. No way of knowing yet whether Emily KNEW her F4 right away, or had some changes of heart along the way.

Regarding Sean's chances of being F1, I think not getting an episode 7 solo date would be a more damaging piece of evidence than getting his first solo in episode 5. Emily may have not had him in her F4 initially (thus the later date), but if she changed her mind after getting to know him better, she would probably have asked (and been granted) a second solo with him before HTDs. If she didn't, then he was likely her anticipated F4 ("possibly" F3) at that point, and if he finishes higher than that, or if she actually chooses him, it's probably because things with her original F1 and F2 went down the tubes at the end.

As it stands, even with holes in the dating schedule, it appears that the order of the solo dates is a little out of whack this season, as compared to past seasons, which indicates that perhaps Emily did actually change her mind and reorder her guys over the course of filming, with some frontrunners dropping out and dark horses getting bumped up higher.
