I wonder if Roberto will be a consideration. I actually think he may have been slated to be the next bachelor after Ali's season as the producers most likely expected Chris to be F1 -even had scouted the land of rainbows for the fantasy dates. As far as I know, Roberto is not dating anyone - he tweeted not too long ago that it would be nice to go on a date. Having him as the bachelor would be good PR in light of the lawsuit they are facing about minority discrimination.

I want the Bachelor to be someone who I am indifferent to. I would hate to see my favorite dragged through the mud and come out worse. For that reason, I hope Graham, Sean, and Ryan Bowers never agree to do it. They can all find fantastic girls on there own. I'm sure they all have/will have plenty of options.

lol sorry but no, i'd hate it if they do that as i am not a fan of either one.. something about Graham just makes me feel very weird and uncomfortable.. lol.. JMO though..

I think it'd be cool to have Sean as the next bachelor.. but i tend to think that they pick someone with a "better" (not sure which word to use here) background to be the lead usually.. no offense to Sean, but i don't think they'd like a insurance sales representative to be the lead, JMO.

I agree - he's definitely the one "on paper" who has the most characteristics that would gel with Em's lifestyle. But we frequently have Bettes who choose otherwise. We shall have to see if Em is one of those Bettes.

Is anyone somewhat floored that Emily isn't choosing one of these "good, Christian men" as her F1? She really is drawn to the far-left-of-right crew, it seems. Of course, I'm assuming that Sean has no shot in hell of being F1.

This show "relationship" has nothing to do with marriage. I think that Emily wants to be in a relationship with someone who makes her palms sweat again. Marriage will come later for her. And that's a-ok.

Why are people assuming that Jef and Arie aren't Christian men? Did I miss something? Also, just because someone claims to be one doesn't make it so. JMO

I think they mean what info is out there in public has strong leaning towards their faith. I would think with Jef's dad that he is at least a bit "spiritual" and as many racecar drivers as I can think of are Christian. They still pray before races & NASCAR has church there prior to races as well as they are risking their life each time they get in the car...99.9% of them believe in something. Even with the safety measures they still pray for safety. This isn't a spiritual debate but I think the ones who are being labeled as "good Christian boys" are just very strong & vocal with their beliefs that we were able to find quotes or proof about it. JMO

I for one am not assuming they are not. I have no clue if they are. I just appreciate guys who are open about their faith and are willing to talk about it, something both my favorites this season (Sean and Ryan) appear to be comfortable with.

I didn't say that they weren't Christian. I said that they were far-left-of-right. They're not exactly the "by-the-book" types of Sean and Ryan. If I remember correctly, Jef is a non-practicing Mormon or half-Mormon, and I haven't heard "Arie" and "faith" in the same sentence yet. I don't care if they're more left than right. That's a personal decision. It does, however, seem to be a big deal in Emily's life.

From the background intel that we've received, I didn't get a strong vibe from either of them that their faith is numero uno. That's not a big deal to me. I just assumed that it'd be a MASSIVE deal to Emily especially if the dude that she chooses was really who she wanted to marry. I assumed that Emily would want someone who shares her faith. We all know what assuming does.

Just making a statement. I think that Jef and Arie are awesome sauce three times over and around the world. :WAVEY:

Again, we do not know which, if any, of these guys LIVE a christian life. I don't think it's fair it label anyone. I've met plenty of guys who were outspoken about their faith but did not hesitate to party like a rock star on the weekend. I hope Sean is what he says he is, but I don't think we are qualified to make that assessment.

Sean started his own company a few years ago (something to do with helping people with debt consolidation, which is right up his alley since he studied accounting at college) but the company fell apart. I dont want to be rude, but I'm thinking that his brother in law did him a favor by hiring him.
