The 30-something Christian guys sound good in theory, but should you ignore chemistry and compatability? She may not have had that with those men.
I guarantee too. Everyone has so-called baggage...especially if the baggage is suppose to be ex's. I don't know why that has to be baggage, how could we compare to know what's true love and what's not.
And no you shouldn't ignore chemistry, what sounds good on paper doesn't always make you happy. Happiness is the most important thing.

Re: Sean Lowe - Bachelorette 8 Contestant - Thread #1
In my opinion, Emily felt so upset or angry after recently knowing the fact Arie dated Cassie in the past that she finally had to make a hard decision to send Arie home. She cried because she thought he was the one. The horse race MF tweeted could be during RC Emily sent two guys home instead of one guy. She probably sent Arie and Jef home. Therefore MF tweeted that the RC is too early, also saying it being a horse race and the Final Rose Ceremony could be sooner than expected. I read from many other threads that Jef and Arie have activated their twitter and facebook accounts. The last two men standing sadly to say based on my honest opinion would be Sean and Chris.

MF's tweet about "All bets are off" implies to me that what they first may have been thinking was a done deal- "I'd bet on it", has now changed, so all bets are off.
Definition of the idiom "All bets are off" is .... ~Wait for it~...... "The deal is no longer valid." :shocked!:
Just the way that phrase is normally used as an idiom.Mike Fleiss @fleissmeister
It's gonna be a real horse race to the finish line... All bets are off!

Yeah...I realize all have 'baggage' to some extent...not all are as pure as the driven snow. Guess I was referring to the Cassie connection and Indy connection, which is more of a tabloid headline than say, my past boyfriend's an ass!

It may well be that without the second 1-1, they expected Emily to let Sean go at F4, and she did not which might account for "all bets are off" as to the F3 that the producers thought there would be.

Makes sense and I would add that "all bets are off" suggests no clear favorites and, thus, any betting odds are precarious, at best. I think it is safe to assume that Fleiss is cognizant about what goes on over here and therefore is aware that most here believe that Arie is the F1 - I believe the Wetpaint poll also supports that. So Fleiss gives us that tweet to keep us guessing - and engaged. It may not have anything to do with what really went on last night. As someone else said in a prior post, I think it serves us well not to take literally anything Fleiss says. That being said, the tweet whose wording I find most intriguing is:
It's all good with @EmilyMaynard !!! I think she is going to complete her journey with love in her heart...
[quote]
I think the last sentence is very oddly worded.

But if at this late date if she sent someone home that she was in love with aka DeAnna how do the other guys have the time left for her to suddenly fall in love with them????
Also one last question that I have and had since the beginning of her accepting to do this. How do we know she is really in this to find love, the forever kind that is???
Could be an Ali-type stepping stone which for me sure looks that way. JMO of course.

I don't think she would send someone home at F4 if she was in love with him. To me, it sounds like it's a tight race between 2 guys, or maybe all 3, and Em is gonna have a tough time from here on out. Or maybe she already knows who she wants, and they're just making it seem like it's a tight race when really it's not.
We don't really know anyone's true intentions, other than what they choose to tell us. Some will believe Emily is there for love, some will think otherwise.

Even if that situation with Arie were true and he was the one, I think she would keep him around at least until the F3 FRC to make sure before cutting him because she would not have those kinds of feelings for anyone else built up yet.
I don't know why she went into this, but I don't think she really wants to be in the entertainment business like Ali does. My own belief is that she went to NYC and saw Ashley, Ali, Graham and that group. She knew Ali had a great thing with Roberto, Ashley has a good thing going with JP, and Graham could be a good thing. I think she saw those folks, and she wanted what they had. She saw this as a way to perhaps get it.

At this stage of the shows she has a pretty good idea what her feelings are,for each one.
