... and even Chris' yawn move is staged.
I tell ya. Each guy is showing Jefie how to woo a girl. Baby steps. Baby steps. He got over the physical hump and now wishes he had kissed her in every city. Hmmmmm... where have we heard that before? Oh yeah. Arie said something like that on a previous episode.
***********
This is all ancient stuff that was posted weeks ago, but adding a few more to our growing list...
Trista can't stop talking babies with Chris Harrison. She is shown working with a little boy in pediatrics.
Emily can't stop talking babies with Chris Harrison. Little Ricki is shown.
On the other hand...
Ryan Sutter '03 intro: "The best thing that could happen to me is I could fall in love with Trista and she in me and we could ride into the sunset happily ever after." No marriage or babytalk here.
Jef '12 intro: "I believe in the fairytale." No marriage or babytalk here.
Charlie, Trista's F2 dumpee, wants to "meet the right woman"
Arie wants to "find the right girl"
Word used a lot in Trista's season, especially by Charlie: hopeless romantic
Word used a lot in Emily's season, especially by Emily... and Kalon (?!): hopeless romantic
Now the "butterflies in my belly" are spoken with different people...
Trista sent home the 41 year old with no kids the first night.
Emily sent home the 41 year old with six kids the first night.
Before Ryan's meeting with Trista in episode #1, discussing his poem, we get Josh saying he will give Trista five boys to get her girl. Afterward, we get Brian the breast implant salesman.
Jef's meeting with Emily in episode #1, discussing his skateboard, is before Doug is crowned a "good dad" thanks to his letter. Before, we get Travis' egg.
Chris Harrison asks Trista in episode #1 "Maybe one of them your future husband?" as the camera pans on three guys with Ryan in the middle.
Emily's episode #1 promo has the voice-over "I want to meet my husband so bad" over a cluster of guys with Jef in the middle.
Trista sees multiple weddings with Ryan on the episode #2 group date.
Emily gets Jef to propose to Miss Piggy on the episode #2 group date.
Russ, Trista's F3, gets the first solo date. Charlie, her F2, gets the second. Ryan gets the last.
Arie gets the first solo date. Sean gets his in London, but before Jef... last of the final three.
Missy, Sarah and Shannon (from Alex's season) all grill Trista's boys in episode #3. They think Charlie is so hot. He's got The Look.
Emily's buds grill her boys in episode #3. They think Sean is hot... and make Sean do more than Charlie had to.
Ah... but Bob Guiney tells us in episode #2 that Trista and Ryan are so different... almost opposites. She is outgoing, while he is shy. Later Charlie feels if Ryan is her "type" than he isn't.
Likewise, Chris says in an edited-out-of-sequence PI that he sees nothing special between Emily and Jef in episode#2. (Actually, many of us think Chris is talking about somebody other than Jef, but it is funny how it was edited as if he was talking about Jef.)
Ryan had his hometown before Russ. Charlie had his last.
Jef had his hometown shot before Arie. Sean had his last.
The quotes are not exact, but similar enough...
Ryan: “The whole, um, living once and taking chances toast… that’s because I really, really want to kiss you and I have been, like, completely scared to do it this whole entire time… and if I let you off out of here without kissing you, not only is everyone gonna shoot me, but I might shoot myself.”
Jef: “Um… I kinda feel like I missed out on some opportunities to kinda show you why I’m here and not just tell you. I was, like, killing myself about for leaving without kissing you in Bermuda and I would definitely be really bummed if I didn’t take advantage of London while I’m with you.”
(In Croatia, he tells her he was scared to kiss her.)

Bravo, JBF!!!! You and I have said from the beginning this is mostly Trista's storyboard. Jef is Ryan Sutter's edit. I've seen everything you took the time to post so concisely. I even copied the video you had of their Vail HTD date when Ryan said about wanting to kiss Trista, to the Jef thread to show so many similarities. It's very obvious, and those who don't care to acknowledge that fact, so conveniently ignore this thread and your posts. Great job!!!! I won't be around much, very busy in real life, so keep up the great work, my friend.
I do think this is mirroring Trista's season. Just one mistake I noticed up above. Arie didn't get the first solo date - Ryan did and then Joe, Arie got the 3rd. (pretty sure they're in the right order) it's one of the reasons I think she bonded so quickly with Arie - the first 2 1:1's fell far below her expectations that she was just so happy to have one go the way she had hoped.
you forget chris...
i think it was
ryan
chris
joe
arie
wow i love reading your analysis.. good job!

From Mike Fleiss himself... please listen to this. I honeslty believe that a lot of you will change your mind about this show...
13:48 ... most the things in the show are fake
14:25 ... 70-80% of the show is bullshit
15:00 ... the best moment in the show are usually orchestrated
he is talking about Jason. 48h after he picked melissa and he called the producers in tears asking them (after a sexual encounter with Molly) if it was okay to switch... (LOL moment)
he says that Ben's season was boring and the only good "character" was courtney.

I think this is something a lot of us figured out a long time ago - it's just fun trying to figure out which parts of the show fall into the 20% that's real.
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.

I know a lot figured it out but there is a long road between knowing and understanding it...
so I wonder why some are still crazy convinced that what they see is not staged. I do not mind to play coy and pretend. I am the first one to try to see romantic and a love story. However I am not blind to see a staged scene even with the F1. This is only when I read the over reaction of certain fans that I am like... WTH?

If you listen closely, he actually says that the Bachelor is "pure" and that most other reality shows are fake, orchestrated and 70-80% bull****. Not that I believe anything that comes out of his mouth, but he isn't actually admitting to the interviewer and audience that his show is a load of crap. That would be pretty ballsy, right?!

14:13 ... he is talking about the bachelor specifically
to be fair with him, during ali's season (jake/vienna vomit drama) he said the exact same thing. he never changed his line.

Mike Fleiss was talking about other reality shows on tv not the bachelor/bacherlorette series when these things are mention. Paraphrasing...His shows are more real. IMO.. Do I think there is a script, yes, and manipulation on the Bachelor/Bacherlorette...yes I do. Just maybe not as much as other shows.
