What has it been like watching this process back on TV?

. . . Watching this show, it's been crazy. Because I don't get to see until y'all get to see it. A lot of people think I might get to watch the episodes before but I don't and so it's surprising seeing some of the things, it's funny to see how things can be portrayed when its not how "I" remember it. Or it's not, it's kind of, "I wasn't really feeling like that when I said that. Why did I say that or something." It's just weird to watch it. Very surreal.

What has your family thought about this? Because when you're falling in love with someone you're intimate moments or how you really feel about each other is never really put out there. But for you, I mean your family gets to see it all.

Right. And I didn't go on to this expecting to find love. I just was like, well I hope it happens but I'm not expecting it because you never know who you're gonna meet there. And so it did happen though and I fell in love with someone. And that's just crazy to have 3 cameras around you and you're falling in love with someone and you're like, my family's going to watch it. Well, my family's been so supportive. And they are so happy for me. They said they've never see me so happy as I am now. And so it's just a strange thing to have my family watching. They're happy for you but at the same time my mom starts crying sometimes, she's like, "It's so weird seeing my daughter's relationship unfold for the whole country to see." It's, I don't know, it's a crazy thing.

Is it gonna be weird for Jerem..., or is it weird cause it's already happened, for Bubba or Jeremiah to then go back and be seeing you with another man? Because, again with the relationships, you don't get to see your current partner's past relationships.

You're right. I guess, it would be hard for anybody, and the guys don't get to see the shows beforehand either. Of course they hear about the dates and all but they don't have to see it. And so, the guy I chose I pretty much tell him, I'm like, "You know, just how about not watching." So he doesn't even watch the dates when I'm not with him. Cause it's just something you don't want to have to think about. I know I wouldn't want to see the guy I chose, regardless if it was him 3 months ago, you still don't want to see them kissing your friends! Like that's my friend, I texted him the other day, and I'm still friends with everybody from the show and you did share a kiss and your feelings with each other. So, it's so strange.

So how are you and Jeremiah and/or Bubba keeping it under wraps?

Yes, we're not allowed to talk about it, we're not allowed to be seen in public together, not supposed to tell anyone about it, so very careful, we have just been very careful about everything.

So basically you can just text message, call each other and Skype?

Yep, Skype, mmhuh. And so that's nice, at least I'm glad we can do that and see each other, see each other's face when we're talking to each other.

So this weekend are you guys going to do anything because you know tomorrow night's the finale and then you guys can go public.

Well, I'm actually driving up to Canada right now. I've got a fishing trip planned for Kruger Farms. And so this has been planned long before the finale. And I'm gonna have a party there to watch it. But I'll be up in Canada.

So how do your employers feel about SHA?

They laugh at me. It's funny watching it with you know especially a bunch of guys usually. I feel like they're brothers picking on me, making kissing noises or something or clapping. They're excited for me, too!

Do you see yourself doing anything else on TV or do you see yourself leading a more normal life?

Well I guess I feel like TV has been so normal for me and the jobs I've held from Miss Sprint Cup to doing this and Kruger Farms. I would love to host a show or do something like that. I'm not sure I would ever do a reality show again, or a reality dating show again because regardless of the fact "I" fell in love, it's crazy seeing yourself. And sometimes you gotta have tough skin! But, yeah, I would love to host a show or something.

I know that some reality dating shows are very scripted in terms of who the bachelor or bachelorette picks. Was CMT involved with your decision or did they let you literally choose who you wanted?

Umm, I TOLD them I was choosing who I wanted! Or I was gonna quit! They can't really do a show without me, you know I was like, "I found love, I fell in love, I'm a stubborn girl and I'm gonna pick who I want to pick. And, so, I'm sure I was a little bit of a headache to the producers, but I was like, "I understand, I understand it, but I'm picking who I want to pick."

Yeah, I know, because it was pretty apparent that that Courtney crazy girl from ABC's The Bachelor was really only around because everyone was talking about her crazy eyes.

And I don't know, I didn't keep up with it, but I heard about you know Ben picking Courtney and she was the crazy one no one liked. Well, who knows what she was really like in person. Who knows, maybe they wanted it to be a surprise to have Ben pick the villain. At dinner we talked about who knows what she's really like though, because, you are you know you base your opinion off of what's portrayed on camera. And they sure can, can do some things.

Have you been portrayed correctly? Or have there been some inaccuracies?

Yeah, that's why I enjoy SHA because unlike The Bachelor I feel like it is a sweeter show and it's not all about the drama. I think they did a good job with me but, also, it's still a show and there's still a storyline that has to be there or nobody would want to watch. It'd be boring. And I think they do a good job but at the same time they are creating a show. And there's some things I might have said and I'm like, "Why did I say that? I didn't really feel that." So it will be fun to talk about after the finale.

I think you're gonna to choose Bubba but that's just me.

Bubba Thompson Jackie - I am completely satisfied about how the show turned out. As far as the editing it was all real. What you see is what you get and everyone in the house acted like themselves 100%.
