I'm new here - hi everyone! :)

I just wanted to comment on Little Shaun's chat today. A couple of people asked him if the way the contestants were portrayed on the show were really how they were and a couple of times he answered the question with "yes". I am paraphrasing (hope I can do that here), but he said that people think it's all edited but a lot of it's not, that the guys really are that way. BUT ... later on in the chat, Jeremiah (Todd Doram, Marcello and David Ellerman were also making funny comments) makes a comment that said (again, paraphrasing) "too bad the ones made to be glorious stand by it" .. I'm guessing he was referencing Little Shaun saying the show wasn't edited.

If the show is heavily edited to make Jeremiah appear the way he is on the show, then I feel bad for him and Paige. They have come under a lot of scrutiny through this and most people don't know she picks him, yet. I hope they can fight through this together and overcome it because if they do, they can make it through anything.

By the way - I was going to post the link to the chat just in case I can't paraphrase or use quotes without a source but it won't let me because I'm a new member. If anything needs to be deleted, please let me know. :)

I sift through the live chat. I get a feeling they are still under contract, and can't reveal certain aspects of the show. Jeremiah has said that they were under strict orders not to talk about what happened during the fight (that night), so he couldn't say much; and whatever that came out of his "mouth" would have sounded defensive anyway.

When Jeremiah made that statement in the live chat, I think he was also defending Dave Ellerman; saying he's a good guy even if he wasn't portrayed like that on the show.

I finally called CMT (615-335-8400) to try to find a way to let our thoughts be known about SHA 3. The first time I was sent to the Viewer Services extension and I got a recording asking me to leave a message which is not what I wanted to do. So I called again and did my best to see if the operator could provide any information and she couldn't. Since it looked like Viewer Services was my only choice I had her send me to that extension again.

And luckily a very nice woman named Melva answered! :Smiley: She wasn't used to giving out their email address so she confirmed that it is --

So that's where you can send your thoughts, suggestions and complaints about SHA 3.

Mevla was very pleasant to speak with and I briefly told her my thoughts on SHA 3. I told her there were a lot of frustrated viewers on messageboards and Facebook who would like to have a chance to express their views to CMT. She said they do check their emails but we shouldn't expect a replies, which I think is normal. She said she thought their email address was on the CMT website but when I Googled "viewerservices@cmt.com" this comes back -- "No results found for 'viewerservices@cmt.com'." Hopefully that will change.

I'll post this in some other threads to make sure everyone sees it. And I hope someone posts the email address on Jeremiah's Facebook page because I've read they were also looking for a way to contact CMT.

Thanks for the welcome and your opinion, Dee! After rereading the comment from Jeremiah, I do think he was trying to defend David Ellerman.

I know most reality shows are heavily edited but one of the main reasons I have loved watching SHA was because the people on the show and how the show was portrayed seemed so much more genuine with real feelings. I really hope it doesn't turn into another Bachelor/Bachelorette (though I still watch those shows, too).
