the extend of me following them is checking this thread from time to time, so I was unaware that they were trying to become public personalities through their relationship - then I'd have to question if they were ever a serious couple to begin with.

Not like the rest of us poor saps! Honestly, I think that is part of the problem with many of these people when it comes to relationships too. If they don't need to work (and I mean really NEED to work) they don't always know the commitment it takes to accomplish the tough but rewarding aspects of life. Like a marriage and family. They have the ways and means to escape when the going gets tough, or just boring. giggling
