They do look happy together but I do wonder if they'll ever marry.

I think if there was even a whiff of an engagement on the horizon, they would have been added to the wedding guest list as another success story to promote.

Maybe they are just happy with the way things are. It's not like they have been together for a super long time. It's only been 2.5 years. I do think it will happen at some point, probably next year. But I'm glad they are not giving in to the pressure around them if the time's not right.

They're going to spend Christmas with her family in Oregon. Maybe it'll happen.

ITA. I don't think "they're" taking "their" time, I think Kiptyn is taking HIS time. Poor Tenley, that can't be a secure feeling.

Ten is a sweet lovely woman. I just hope she doesn't waste too much of her youth with a confirmed bachelor if that's what Kip is.

If Kip is draggin' his feet and Tenley is biding her time, it's time to move on. If Ten is fine with things the way they are, then good on them for having a solid relationship they both are happy with. no?

Agreed.
Marriage is not the be all and end all--unless you are a hopeless romantic.
Tenley went through one failed marriage and her edit showed her brokenhearted and demoralized by the event. I don't know if the edit was too far off the mark of her reality. It would be mine. So maybe she has learned an unfortunate life lesson. And that would be a good thing.
So maybe what she has now with Kip, is far better than what she ever had in marriage. Things happen for reasons and seldom do we have the insight to know what those reasons might be. All that matters is it works for them--and if it ends up not working--so be it.

I don't think they'll ever get married. Call me crazy, but I dont' think Tenley is right for Kiptyn as I just don't see him as the rainbow and unicorn kinda guy. I could be biased though, cause he was one of my fave's from all seasons.... and Tenley drives me crazy. She's nice and all... but I find her a boring beige. Mind you Kiptyn doens't strike me as being all that different.... but I just see him with somebody with a little more pizzazz.... sorry, gotta say it.... like Jillian. (just not her in particular)
