ITA. I've said that on here about Constantine til I'm blue in the face. Easy F3 elimination for her, and I bet it was a mutual one, so she could concentrate on the tough F2 elimination. I also think Constantine is very well liked in the house by the guys. He seems very honest and he even said he bonded more with the guys, cause he spent so much time with them. So she kept him til F3 for those reason. jmo

I believe RS said something about the possibility of it being a mutual decision when Constantine goes home at F3. He said there might have been some issues. So what we are sensing and feeling seems to be right on. I happened to watch part of my recording of this week's episode and was struck when Constantine was talking with the guys before the RC. He said that he isn't sure about his feelings for Ashley and hadn't gotten to the point where he could see marrying her. He went on to talk about not bringing just anyone home to meet his family, because that's a big deal. I am just paraphrasing here, but if he didn't have stronger feelings at this point, then it's more than likely it just wasn't going to happen.

And that is exactly why they left that conversation in. To set up the Constantine's storyline with those comments for what is to come...

Constantine has been ? for me so I'm glad you guys see the same things as I am seeing. He just does not seem into her romantically at all. But since they are showing us so much of his comments and issues again the edit is setting his storyline for more than just a straight off F3 elimination. Constantines story is going to be entertaining to watch. Though in the words of our guys on this board - Constant Sleep is really more of an apt description for him. He's just coming of as a tad boring. But just a tad.

We can all thank Reality Steve for that nickname... although I don't find him boring at all. Just not "into" her all that much.

Also, she keeps using the word "honestly" with him... as suggested in those quote posts over in VO & PI, that word seems to be used with everybody on this show but JP! (Well, maybe she has and I missed it... it isn't coming up in the quotes I'm reading online.) She even uses that word with Bentley... at least three times if not more. Everytime she uses that word with Chris Harrison I think she is NOT being honest for the camera... we are getting Actress Ashley. (She is the Queen of Honestly, but William was the former King of that word... he used that word as often as Bentley used "like". For the record, I heard Bentley say it twice.)

Guessing that we are speculating here that Constantine being chosen over Ames will be the "shock" of the post-hometown ceremony. Perhaps Ames gets all gooey-eyed and his hometown will resemble Chris L. in terms of wow factor... then surprise! She picks the dude lacking the "oomph" and not fully committed to her for Fantasy Suite Time. (Only a surprise for those few unspoiled viewers being fooled by all of the Bentley! Bentley! Bentley! and not quite grasping the show-by-show spiraling makeout sessions with JP.)

I'm with you JBF. I think she kept Dino because there's zero chance he was going to come near her at the fantasy suite.

She apparently is so obsessed with Bentley - does she suddenly realize that she likes JP? It's possible but I think more likely that she didn't realize the potential of some of the others - ie Ben.
JP is not invited on the Dance Show group date - dancing is so important to her.
Flipping a coin for a date. Flipping a coin for a kiss - cute but ...........
Falling asleep with JP - first date - shouldn't there be something to talk about - shouldn't she want to get to know him. I know she was exhausted but ...................

She "owes" him a good one on one. How about her wanting to take him on a romantic one on one ?
I agree she is attracted to JP - and he makes her feel good; he comforts her. I am not sure what Ashley needs - does she really need all this comforting. Does she need a stronger type - someone a little aggressive - a little fighting instinct? Perhaps Ben is too laid back but I see his personality more calming and compatible with Ashley's. I think after the glow has worn off that JP and Ashley could be too much alike.
