I was disappointed the guys didn't stand up when Emily walked into the room. Not cool.

Also, I was TRYING to watch the reactions to each guy, but I kept getting distracted by Emily literally dragging each one of them to their mark for the camera after the initial hug. Also, Randy, oy vey!!

Agree, it was very distracting. Hopefully, the editors are able to snip that a little bit prior to airing.

I did not notice too much difference in her reactions to the guys. She pretty much had that smile pasted on her face and gave similar responses to each of them :yellowsleptic: .

I think they might have been told by TPTB not to, so they could get a good first reaction shot of everyone. The guys are probably placed, since some are standing behind the seated ones.

It's almost seems as Brad was older and more serious, she chose the opposite end of the spectrum this time with Jef. It will be interesting to see if she vocalizes maybe she's more understanding now of the position Brad was in after being the lead as Deanna did.

In the behind the scenes interview with Emily she says she wanted someone who could make fun of her and get her to loosen up more. After watching that I wondered if Brad was too serious and just made Emily feel more uptight as she says she can be, so this time around she got the guy who is not as serious and can make her laugh.

Brad did seem awfully serious......I wonder if he loosened up in their alone time together? He always seemed so....proper.

Not to get all psychoanalytical here, but I think that after the childhood Brad had, he was determined to have control of his own life. It's hard for someone who always wants to be in control to really let loose. I know -- because I'm one of those people! giggling

I still really like Brad and wish him a very happy future too. Praying

Oh, I love Brad.....I don't think there's a man out there who is more of a gentleman. But maybe he's just not what Emily ultimately needed.

Working on a new vid here, so dissecting the promos, and I think the key is what she does after they leave. Check out how she keeps looking at Jef as he walks away for example. we don't see the whole thing, but that could be a clue. Also, she only laughed/giggled for some of them.

Did anyone else think that there was a familiar ease with Jef? Did she say something like "I'll talk to you inside?"
