Hold a degree in Geographic Engineering, a MSc in Geodetic & Geophysics Engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and a MA in International Development and GIS from Clark University, in MA. In 2013 got a certification as an EMT and served as volunteer w/ Bethesda Chevy Chase & Wheaton Rescue Squads. Currently, a member of the City of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Community Emergency Response Team (AAACERT), in the State of Maryland, and a certified instructor of the CERT Basic Course. Volunteer with two non-profits as a wingman helping people with disabilities, empowering and enabling them to train and participate in mainstream athletic events (ASA & TEAM360).

At the OAS, provided technical and policy advice to Member States on matters related to disaster risk management and integrated water resources management. Served as liaison between the GS/OAS and national development planning offices, ministries of environment and water, and competent national institutions on disaster mitigation and disaster preparedness and response. Also served as liaison with regional and international agencies involved in Risk Management and Sustainable Development. Was responsible for the identification of policies and projects for Member States.

Made presentations on behalf of the General Secretariat of the OAS before OAS political bodies, as well as before UN fora. Participated as moderator and speaker in international events, and was frequently invited as speaker at universities and prestigious research institutions. Co-author of or contributor to several DSD publications, and the author of several white papers presented at international conferences and symposiums. Wrote the OAS institutional policy on Mainstreaming DRR and ACC. Was the Editor of the Inter-American Network for Disaster Mitigation (INDM) newsletter, Disasters This Week.

Was the acting director of the Department of Sustainable Development from Oct 2020 and until Sep 2022.

Before joining the OAS, worked as a computer programmer and computer analyst developing and directing the development of accounting systems for major banks in Buenos Aires. Developed applications for PC to support mapping and analysis of geospatial information, including DTM and applications for separation of anomalies in potential fields such as geothermal and gravity.
