It's a movie adaptation oof a true life story of a couple who met, fell in love, and got married. Then, the wife was involved in an accident which resulted in a coma and when she woke up she did not remember her husband and the past 18 months of her life. She didn't remember even meeting her husband and only remembered still being with her last boyfriend before him. As far as to what the tweet is referring to, perhaps it pertains to how the couple in the movie met or a particular interaction on their first date or something that emily and one of the men are mirroring.
