I agree, I just read it again and the wording is backwards but I do think it's implied there are the standard F4 HTDs that we've seen evidence of on twitter.brittany4400 wrote:It does sound like that a bit at first but I'm pretty sure they meant F4 when they say the finale bachelors, and F2 will go with her to her ht
Now I'm curious if this is just the standard run-on ABC sentence or did something happen on one of the HTDs that shook her world? Two lucky men will meet her family, and she will visit the final bachelors' hometowns for a slice of their lives in an effort to determine the man with whom she is most compatible -- but there are surprises in store for Emily that will shake her world.

It's possible I just read it wrong. I didn't think they would talk about HTD's after they talked about the two guys meeting Emily's family. Sorry guys!

Also not wanting to be mean, but Brent doesn't seem to have the "looks" that they usually cast, and the "gimmick" of him having 6 kids might have been the reason he got on the show. And although it's certainly biologically possible to be younger, I'm guessing most fathers of 6 would be well past 30, which he certainly appears to be.
I wonder if the part in the writeup about Emily visiting the hometowns of the final guys is deliberately misleading. Personally, I think that under the circumstances, she definitely SHOULD visit the place she may be asked to relocate her child to, and that's far more important than seeing the town the guy grew up in, if it's different from where he now resides. But to return from the exotic location of the FDs to travel to 2 different US locations, only to return to that tropical location, doesn't seem likely or possible with the time restraints. And actually, don't most, if not all, of the F4 live in the same location as their family already?

Maybe Arie's hometown date because of the racing background?

That is another reason why I don't think Emily would travel back to the US to visit the homes of the F2. Chris lives in Chicago and they went there, Arie lives in Scottsdale and they basically went there, Jef either lives in Utah or LA so I'm not sure on that one, and Sean basically lives in Dallas and they are there right now!

Seeing as she hasn't (officially) picked her F2, I doubt the reference has anything to do with Arie's motor racing background. It looks like he tells her what he does at the M&G:
That has got to be Arie.another bachelor is extremely nervous when he reveals his career, fearing that it will remind her of her late fiance.

Now after reading, perhaps 'things that shook her world' were things that happened throughout the season before they got to the HTD's.

I wonder if the southern gentleman who brought a symbol of how he'll protect Emily & Ricki is...
Travis with his bow & arrow and camo gear??
(I just HAD to cut out the poor deer and make this into two pics)

See bolded: I just wanted to say that Jef does currently live in LA (not speculating)
