I think this is the WA RC dress. There's also a cap of her kissing Tanner in the woods in the same dress. If I had to guess, I'd say the tulip field was just a promo shoot. Jmo.

Anyone else confused by the "Girl Scout" uniforms? They certainly don't look like official ones or official sashes....but maybe I'm dated.

I am confused too maybe it is a specific chapter of WA state that wear these uniforms

@chasus71 I just looked at the official Girl Scout website. While somewhat similar, the girls sashes and berets are not on the official website. I’m guessing that having GirlScouts on the kissing date was good for drama but the Girl Scouts refused to sanction an activity like that so they created the scenario.
