‘The Real Dirty Dancing’ Special Coming to Fox: Brie Bella, Tyler Cameron and More Set to Compete

Cue “Hungry Eyes!” Fox has picked up a brand-new dance competition special event based on the 1987 film, Us Weekly can exclusively announce. The Real Dirty Dancing is set to debut during the 2021-2022 season.

Multiple sources confirm to Us that the event will be hosted by Stephen “tWitch” Boss. Competitors include WWE superstar Brie Bella, The Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron, Backstreet Boys’ Howie Dorough and High School Musical star Corbin Bleu, among others.

I'll be watching . I have a feeling Tyler is going to be really good and I also think the show will get good ratings. jmo

For Cameron, the upcoming show is more than just a competition. "She always loved me dancing. She was always for the fun, always down to dance. And honestly, when we would go out together, she'd be out there dancing with me," he says.

"I'm doing this show for my mom. I'm doing it to make her proud. I know this is something that she'd push me to do," Cameron adds.

I can never understand what he's saying half the time. He talks too fast or has an accent?

I'm switching back and forth between this and This Is Us. So far it's good with a little comedy mixed in. @GuardianAngel i agree about the format. I thought they were doing one dance at a time but seems to be mixed around.
