On their Strahan Keke & Sara appearance, they said they are doing great. When asked about the families since that was so important to them on the show, they said they have met each other's families and everyone gets along great. Dylan said he made 4 trips to Alabama to see Hannah post filming.

Didn't CH ask them what their future plans were? I m pretty sure Dylan said that Hannah was moving to California. I believe Dylan lives in San Diego. Hannah was open to moving for Colton too so I'm sure she'll have no problem relocating to wherever for her man. jmo
