An interesting article about Gabby and her family .. I always wondered if Gabby was part Mexican or Filipino because of her features and coloring .. she has beautiful skin and skin tones.  Seems she has been thru a lot and still is a caring and compassionate beautiful woman .. she has a wonderful caring extended family that we have seen who support her tremendously thank goodness

The contestant who is former West Point cadet was casted with Gabby in mind (IMO). She would understand the lifestyle and commitment.

Isn't this the same like casting a doctor or nurse because she's a nurse and there's something in common? Why not just cast her type, the kind of guys she wants to meet and go from there...

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Certainly presumptuous of me to say he was cast with Rachel in mind because of his West Point experience. So you are right.

Knowing people who've attended the service academies and served in the armed forces afterwards, it is not easy to be a partner to a person who serves. Their lifestyle is regimented, sometimes secretive and the bond between the service people is very strong. It takes a big commitment for a relationship to work. And that was my inference by mentioning his WP background and Gabby's family history of military service.

This is exactly who Gabby is…….
