Re: NFL - Discussion
There may not be proof but you'll never convince me that these guys deflated the balls without Brady's instructions. The amount of his suspension could have been high (I'd think 2 games) but it was clear to me that he should have been reprimanded in some way. What really made me mad was when he conveniently got rid of his phone. All of this is JMO but I'm not alone.
I'm sure lots of QBs like to have the balls the way they want them which is fine as long as it's not against the rules. These ones were found to be against the rules and that seems to be the Patriots thumbing their noses at the rules yet again, imo.
ETA: Sorry to rain on your parade. That's all I'll say on this topic.

I am certainly far from a Patriots fan (Proud Cheesehead), but that was an epic comeback! Well deserved Brady and Co.!

Well, that's the thing. Over inflating footballs is against the rules. That QB and his team just weren't caught. This star QB said himself he pushes it past the limit and it's up to the refs to catch it essentially.

Re: NFL - Discussion
I'm saying the footballs were never deflated to begin with, & this is not just my opinion, but the opinion of scientists worldwide. If they were intentionally deflated then the psi's recorded would have been much lower because of the natural deflation that occurs because of the ideal gas law. It's physics. It's also been proven that tom brady regularly changes phones when new ones come out (the new iPhone was out at the time) and because of his and his wife's notoriety he gets his assistant to destroy them so they don't end up in the wrong hands. The destruction of his phone doesn't even matter because he had already told the NFL that he wasn't going to give them his phone, because they leak like a sieve, however he did contact his phone company and supplied his text messages to and from everyone in the patriots organization (which the nfl then proceeded to leak)

Never a fan of Brady or the team, but hats off to them!! I respect him and the team. He really proves he is GOAT, IMO.
When is he going to retire ?

I think Aaron Rodgers is right up there with Brady, but he definitely needs the team to do their part! He can't just be a one man show for the entire season. Jmo.

Re: NFL - Discussion
We're definitely heart broken in Atlanta today. I heard and participated in a lot of conversations at work, in lines at the drug store etc. We didn't want to make history that way.

The draft is going on rn. Dis me because my team doesn't pick until the 3rd round.

Re: NFL - Discussion
I don't really have a team. I used to like the Chiefs and the Patriots years ago. I will watch any team play, I do enjoy it.
