I don't understand why people think Greg is trying to hide his acting background. We don't know all the conversations Greg had with Katie and the other contestants. I don't consider Greg's behavior weird. He was doing the best he could in a very unnatural environment JMO

I realize he's a favorite to many, but this all does not "sit well" with me.

Blake and all the others applied for ONE season in 2020. The fact that Clare left and was replaced was out of their control. I can’t believe this is still used to make Blake look suspicious.
I seriously doubt that Lori K has any influence with TPTB. Why would she?

I think Blake’s good edit comes from the fact that (if spoilers are true) he is about to save the entire season. Without him, no happy ending.

He attended a prestigious school for two years, and I believe he also graduated. There is no trace of that on his SM, including his CV on LinkedIn.
“Weird” was actually being nice. I could have said immature, manipulative and self-centered. I don’t necessary think he was acting though. He might just have been completely unsuited for the environment.

The rumor is that blake's mom was lori's cousin . . . . which blake's mom debunked.

I thought Blake's appearance had to do with his friendship with Brendan and I was convinced they would try to pit them against each other but there was none of that. There was an IG pic posted prior to filming that they were friends. I don't recall if it was even mentioned when he came on because I missed some here and there. Wells mentioned when Blake arrived Brendan asked him what he was doing there.

I had no idea LoriK was Blakes cousin? She's from Montreal, not that distance matters, but does anyone know how they are cousins?

I'll be interested in hearing the explanation about acting. I know there are a lot of contestants that go on the show for every reason under the sun but finding love isn't one of them.

Why should Greg add his acting background to his LinkedIn profile if he's not pursuing acting as a career. We don't know the reason he went to acting school.  Greg does have a post about the acting school he attended on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/p/ByGda2IA9YM

There are people who think Greg is "immature, manipulative and self-centered" as you mentioned and there are people like me who see someone who was in love, vulnerable and exposed his innermost feelings only to get surface level responses. He said he only wants to be engaged once. Katie wasn't able to give Greg the reassurance he needed to move forward. He did what he thought was best at the time by leaving the show  JMO

I dont have a problem with Greg leaving the show. Good riddance.
I just had a problem with Greg throwing a temper tantrum doing it, displaying a manipulative toxicity that was triggering. JMO.

You can hide posts on Instagram for however long you want, and restore them at your pleasure. I remember fans who originally sleuthed Greg said that they had to go to his friends' accounts to see any mention of his acting background. It came off as deceptive/shady. Now, it may be true that they missed that photo, or that they were somehow mistaken. If so, Greg can address that.

Greg doesn't have any say in whatever "job" the producers assign to him, but there was a perception early on that he wasn't really owning his acting school background, or his aspirations in that area.  I also am going to assume that if you go to a prestigious, expensive, New York acting school for two years, it's because you want to be an actor. I've worked in professional sales, and people go into that from all different kinds of backgrounds. And if Greg's degree is in business/marketing, he wouldn't need acting school for his marketing job, either. JMO

There are two sides to Greg's "miscommunication" with Katie. Those who say Greg "threw a temper tantrum displaying manipulative toxicity that was triggering" as you mentioned and those who see a vulnerable, anxious, uncertain man who had to move on JMO

@seton ok, I stand corrected, but imho, Blake was still a production fave.
