Okay, nail polish timeline:

I think Katie starts off with solid white nails. We see it on her 1-1 date with Michael A. toasting champagne on a blanket on a mountain, on the premiere and at that game where a guy gets injured.

Then, Katie has a French manicure. She also has them in the navy top when Greg leaves the show. She also has them on in the day date with Greg kissing in rain/biking where he has a denim jacket on.

Then, she has red nails in the hot tub/champagne scene with Blake.

So, it looks like she starts with the white nails, then does the French manicure and then red nails for the SCs we have so far. jmo

Oof. This was confusing and I revised many times but I think I’ve got it now.

Also with with the bubble gum kiss/wall, here’s my theory. I think Greg is Katie’s favorite, and I think she is giving Greg a “hometown” date of her hometown, Seattle, to show him what their life would be like if they were to live there together (to the extent you could even recreate a Seattle hometown date in NM, but that’s a minor detail ).  I think she does this because the main issue for Katie and Greg is that he is fearful of moving to Seattle and being so far from his family and Katie feels similarly about wanting to be in Seattle near her family, or at least being on the West Coast.  I don’t think she does Seattle dates with all of the contestants, just Greg, because he’s special and she wants to convince him that he’ll love it because that’s where she wants to be.  I think Greg leaves because they can’t figure this out. Assuming she gets engaged, I think it’s possible that Greg returns, which viewers might not expect given how he leaves, and that could be the reason TPTB are showing so much Greg footage.  Most viewers will think he’s gone for good with this footage, not expecting his return.  Curious what others think.

@mbl It’s possible the red nail polish is before the French manicure but I’ve only found the hot tub/champagne pics with the red nails. Keep your eyes out for red nail polish everyone so we can track it and dates.

I have no idea yet when everyone leaves or who is F1. I like Andrew but think Blake is probably the best match with Austria in the mix. I was thinking maybe Greg bails before HTDs and that is why no spoiler for the 4th HTD. I haven’t seen anything yet to indicate he returns but am keeping an eye out for that possibility. At this point I’m thinking Katie chose Blake or Andrew but that is all subject to change anytime.

Idk about distance/location being the issue. Greg has been in the contestant queue since Clare's season. Surely he knew he would be entering a long-distance relationship. They all do. I'm thinking it was that all signs were pointing to him and he knew he couldn't give her what she wanted, an engagement.

Bachelor Fantake pointed out that Ben did this during his own HTD with Tayshia. He included activities she would do in her hometown even though he wasn't from there.

@luvnunity Wasn’t that in part because his life is in California? It didn’t seem like Indiana was very important to him. That’s very different from Greg. I think Greg is very tied to his family and his 8 nieces/nephews, and maybe especially so since his father’s recent death. I think it’s the reason for all those tears of his. Even if it weren’t true, I think it would be the reason he would use as opposed to the Brendan-type reason of just “not being ready”.

I believe prods used Austria the same way they used NJ instead of Chicago and NYC. They always change location and “jobs”

Austria looks more “dramatically” impossible. But the bio says he spends 6 months as a coach in Chicago area. So my take is that he can easily be relocated eastern coast or anywhere else. I am not familiar about his popularity as a footballer. Maybe his contract is ending. Was it okay to leave few months out of his career commitments? Obviously yes.

Ben was special as I think because no parents to meet… zac had the popular NYC street donuts and yellow taxis…

I was expecting someone else to point it out but since noone did, I will.

The tandem bike date and the bubblegum date are TWO DIFFERENT DATES! Despite the similiar outfits, they are different enough.

Look at ALL the tandem bike date.
1. They bike.
2. There are towels in the basket. A picnic?
3. They kiss and the bench. You can see their outfits. They both wear white sneaks. (IMPORTANT) You can see that Katie is wearing a beige moto jacket over a green HOODIE over a white tee shirt. So, NOT a green tee. (IMPORTANT)
4. You also see them on the tennis court.
