Swoon! I love his face watching her walk to them. Isn't the epi of him in the blue bandana when he hugs her first on elimination night and tells her "miss you."
Double swoon!

Re: Sweet Home Alabama Season 3 ~ Contestants ~ Spoilers
JMHO, and no offense to Bubba fans because I am a HUGE Bubba fan too, just not for Paige...
I agree with Love and Lav that the editing of Jeremiah has to do with the change in producers this season.
I also agree with Dee. I think the producers had Bubba picked out to go to the F1...pure Alabama country...not the Minnesota farmer/musician. The edit Jeremiah is getting is a direct result of Paige falling in love and not choosing the ¨right¨ guy for CMT.
I do not believe they had Bubba chosen for the next lead, but I do hope given the outcome, they will go with him as he has a huge fanbase.
I have many reasons for believing this, and I mean no disrespect to Bubba or his fans.
I also love reading what you all think and love that we can be respectful of each other when we see things differently. It´s all good!

Ahhh, the editI'll add my two cents worth in this one.
The way I see it, Paige "fell" for Jeremiah early on in the process. Much like I believe Ashley "fell" for JP early. At some point , as a producer, you still have to tell a story that lasts the duration of the season. You have to establish that exceptional guy, in this case Bubba, and build a story around him. You also have to minimize the obvious chemistry, stolen glances, heartfelt, soul-bearing convos between the lead and the "chosen" one. Hence the over the top inclusion of all the Bubba's a great guy, biggest competition- type comments, Pi's etc from the other guys and the inclusion of the "uffda" moments of Jeremiah. The viewing audience has to believe the lead has a "difficult" decision to make in the end and the producers need a fan favorite to court as next seasons lead.
Believe this was done this season much the same as it was done with Ashley/JP/Ben. The difference is the production team for SHA has not had that "love at first sight" situation in the first two seasons. This is their first time through the "real " love story, so it will be interesting to see how they redeem Jeremiah and bring the story to more obvious light in the next two episodes.
I suspect we will see next weeks 1:1 and truck bed scenes as the pivitol point in the telling of that story. For some viewers will never be redemption, and for some it will be an aha moment.
Of course this is all my opinion, and I think both Bubba and Jeremiah are exceptional young men. I happen to see the love between Jeremiah on screen every time they are together of speak of one another. Much of it in nuances of tone, light in eyes etc.
Would love to hear others thooughts on this theorum! We have another week to kill!!

Re: Sweet Home Alabama Season 3 ~ Contestants ~ Spoilers
I've loved reading everyone's thoughts on the wonky edit! I've been confused by this as well, though it makes more sense knowing that there's a new producer.
TV shows are about ratings. Especially if there's a new producer who wants to keep his/her job, the show needs to get good ratings. The production team will review the footage, create a storyboard, and put the show together in whatever way they believe will lead to the highest ratings. I don't think they're angry at Paige or Jeremiah. I don't think they hate love stories.
This season of SHA has some amazing larger than life characters-- southern cowboy Bubba, Lil Shaun, love-him-or-hate-him Big Shaun, etc. They are all great to watch! If we're not seeing much of Jeremiah on our TVs, honestly, it's probably because he doesn't make for good TV. I don't mean that as an insult at all. Jeremiah seems subdued, introverted, a little unsure. For me, that makes him even more likable. From a producer's perspective, they clearly prefer to allocate more screen time to the outgoing characters that gave them better footage for a TV show.
To state the obvious, I'm sure there's also pressure to heavily feature Bubba since he's the epitome of a Cowboy Bachelor and the show airs on Country Music Television. The audience loves him.
ETA: I know Steve has mentioned this before with regards to The Bach, but producers don't really care if they pull a surprise ending and upset/confuse the audience. At that point, the season is finished. The ratings game is over. The audience will get over it and come back again next season ready for a new story.
