That poster apparently lives in the same condominium complex as Nick and has seen them coming and going from Nick’s place. I think she made the throw away account because she doesn’t want Nick to know she posted about him as they live in the same place.

There have been other posts where we’ve seen photo’s of them together. If Hannah B says they’re “best friends”  I’m curious to see how this “friendship”  develops JMO

Well that’s the kind of reason they usually give for not using their personal account. Then they go ahead and post something completely fabricated – for likes, for kicks or just to slander someone they hate I guess.
Most of them actually get called out for inconsistencies, like the one that claimed to have grown up with Caelynn, but still thought the abbreviation for Virginia is VI.

The one we are talking about may be an exception though, and actually true. Who knows.

To me she is a poor man's version of Corinne. Very similar edit. I think Nick is amused by Demi just like he was Corinne. It's a symbiotic relationship. She gets advice and he gets to hang with a new, popular member of the cast...keeping himself out there. One hand washes the other...

Nick Viall is denying rumors that he and fellow Bachelor Nation alum Demi Burnett are dating.

“I’m pissed, I feel violated, it’s not cool,” Viall said this week on his Viall Files podcast, explaining that someone from his apartment complex posted on Reddit that they saw him and Burnett coming and going from his apartment recently.

“I live with someone who is spying on me and going on Reddit,” Viall said. “Apparently, everyone thinks I am dating Demi [Burnett].”

Viall, 39, said that while they are close friends, his relationship with Burnett is nothing more than platonic.

“Demi is a close friend. She’s a dear friend. We’ve become very close, I care very much about her,” he said, adding that they are “as close as platonic friends can be.”

“Demi has, in fact, been to my place, as friends sometimes do go to each other’s places,” he said.

Viall said that he feels “violated” by the Reddit post, and feels like it means “someone I live with says they are spying on me.”

“Only recently Demi has come to my place for the first time, so there was no tea to spill [before that],” Viall added. “And I don’t have Bachelor friends come over very often. I don’t hang out with — I feel violated.”.....

He seems quite upset, and I understand him. It can’t be fun to know that one of your neighbors is posting information about you online.

But he does think that “Venice Lurker” is actually real and not just trolling on Reddit.

This is why I felt so bad for Nick at proposal time. He really though he was the F1. Interesting that he felt if Britt was chosen, Kaitlyn would be flying to Chicago rather than going back to Vancouver. That's how sure he was of their relationship. Doesn't matter, everyone is happy!

What is UTA? I'm not sure I understand Variety's post.

I did a quick search and came up with the talent agency and a university

I'm not familiar on how these agents work but it sounds like he is exclusive with them which I'm assuming is a good thing!
