Love At First Flight - General Discussion - Episodes - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I thought we had an old thread for this show, but I couldn't find one. Maybe we discussed it in the Misc thread. I can't find any info on this season's premier. @suzq can you post a link? I checked the lifetime site as well.

GA, I think the name is Love At First Flight.  AHA!!!!! Found it, as I suspected it is delayed a week just like MAFS. So Canadians will get the first episode March 27th, right after MAFS.

Just heard that Sam Role is the newest mom to be. I did not watch that season so I know nothing about the couple, just heard it on the TV.

@GuardianAngel. Thanks! It is called Love at First Flight and I am glad that those in Canada will get to watch it, too -- even if it is a week behind. I saw that people are saying that it has elements of MAFS (except the couples don't decide about marriage until the end) and Amazing Race because they fly all over the US and have to do challenges. Yes, Sam from MAFS Season 3 is pregnant -- however, she has a fiancé who is not involved with the show. The man she was paired up with and her decided to divorce at the end of the experiment. I am happy for her and her current fiancé, but don't understand why the show is advertising it. All JMO.

oops sorry I thought it was Sight. I've been looking for info, I can't seem to find it. All I can see is this which looks like they are casting for the next season already.

They say if you travel with someone and fall in love by the time you return home, you should marry them on the spot. Well, we’re going to put that to the test!

Our expert matchmaker will pair you with your ideal match and fly you both in style to fun-filled destinations and romantic adventures like you’ve never imagined. Once you return home, you decide what happens next! Is this the end of your journey, or will there be wedding bells?

If you are chosen by producers to move into the final casting process, you must be available for approximately 4-5 days between May 18 and May 23, 2018, to take part in the final casting process in Los Angeles, California. Parts of the final casting process will be taped for possible inclusion in the Program. Producer will provide transportation to/from Los Angeles and lodging in the area.
If you are chosen to become a member of the show’s cast, you must be available for the taping of the Program for 4-5 weeks starting in mid-to-late July, 2018 (Final dates TBD)

I set this to record. Haven't watched yet. Not like I need another show to record since my DVR is practically full

Oh, WOW!!!! Sam is with a different guy than she was with on MAFS. They got divorced at the end of the show.

I just watched the first episode of this. I actually liked it. I am not sure about the "expert matchmaker" and how compatible some of the couples are. I do think that the shows cast for drama sometimes, but I am looking forward to seeing how everyone connects, work together as a team and the places they go to.

I agree with you @suzq. I watched it last night, 1st episode for my area, and I thought it was good. It'll be interesting to see how the couples do? There is one couple, if they make it, will SHOCK me!!! It could be editing but so many red flags on the first and second date, with this couple!

I agree with you @suzq.    I watched it last night, 1st episode for my area, and I thought it was good.  It'll be interesting to see how the couples do?  There is one couple,  if they make it, will SHOCK me!!!   It could be editing but so many red flags on the first and second date, with this couple!

@Suzq and @Brill the second episode is even better than the first. I think I know which couple you're talking about shocking you if they make it. I had to laugh at their comp since chit does happen lolol Pun intended. I really enjoy seeing how they act while doing the comps and which gives more and if one even gives any. Looking forward to seeing the next show.

@Brill You're welcome. I can see this show getting better with each episode. I'm really excited about it, too since I haven't been able to get into MAFS this season in the US, but LOVED the AU one. ; )
