I'm new on the board and have a probably dumb question - what does ETA stand for?

Ok, here's the benefits for residency at St. Christopher's. Very nice package, they even provide 12 weeks family & medical leave. And 4 weeks vacation, each calendar year. Even though it's dated 2010, it didn't change and is in accordance with their big hard copy policy handbook (it's online), so they didn't bother updating it online for 2011 & 2012.

Didn't Ashley tell Ryan Seacrest that he should keep his ears open and he might be hearing news soon. Also, yesterday Chris Harrison said that we will get great news in the bachelornation very soon. What else could it be other than Ashley and JP's wedding. I could be totally off base, but not sure anything about Ben and Courtney would be great news. The bachelor pad wont announce who is on for a few months yet, and Emily hasn't even started her season yet so dont think it is her. Also, I think that Ashley and JP had to wait to find out where her residency was before they could even think about a wedding date. Once they found out where her residency was, I am thinking she asked them if she could have this time off, before they started setting dates with ABC. All this is only my opinion, but I really do think plans are in motion.

In the event RS is wrong, & that's what Chrs H is referring to, and JP & Ashley do announce a date, it's all win-win to me anyway and it would be great. Monday at 10 pm just needs to get here, then we'll know for sure. :WAVEY:

OMG, Chris is that excited about Bachelor Pad being renewed. I think everybody new Bachelor Pad would be renewed, it had pretty decent ratings last year. Can you imagine how excited Chris will get when Ashley and Jp do announce their wedding date lol. That man needs to lay off the caffeine.

I can't wait to see them. Everything about Ben's season has been so depressing and disappointing. And if even half of US Weekly's account of the ATFR is true, it sounds like we're in for a Bremily level of awkwardness and tension. Seeing JP and Ashley radiating happiness will be like the sun coming out after Category 5 hurricane.

Does anyone think it is strange that JP and Ashley changed their contact person? It is now someone named Diamond. JP was friends with Nancy? Does this person have connections with ABC?
I also wanted to comment that a lot of people get married when working fulltime. I worked and planned my wedding.
