As somebody here (Alanna?) predicted, there are a couple "official" pics from the birthday bash Ashley threw for JP in the media - specifically in the new Life & Style mag. Takes up the better part of 2 pages - 2 really cute pics! The little blurb says Ashley spared no expense in throwing a wild 35th birthday party for JP (though I'm sure some of it got comped in exchange for this feature!). Not much text: it mentions what JP drank and what else there was to drink. There was apparently a scantily clad dancer (hired?) who put on a performance for JP but he only had eyes for Ashley. They allegedly snuck away for a "sexy makeout session". JP is quoted saying he's not fazed by turning 35, and he feels like he's 25.

I believe JP and Ashley will tie the knot In early June , That will give them time for a honeymoon , they have a gift to go back to Figi?

and i read where the mall jp is workig on suppose to open in Sept. so June would be a good time if not sooner .

Aww how cute! I also hope someone scans it in. Pretty please! And LOL to the scantily clad dancer or whatever, I guess Fleiss and team will have to think of new machinations for the wedding special to break them up 20 minutes before the organ music starts.

-Ashley and JP did NOT set a wedding date. They came on, talked about their relationship, how happy they are, etc. But any reports that they gave a date is not true. They are moving to New Jersey as you’ve probably seen, since Ashley has gotten a job in Philly, so they decided to split the difference so that each will commute.

Not surprised. I wasn't expecting a wedding date (and said so, though I ended up not posting my thoughts about why here because I didn't feel like debating an issue I didn't feel that strongly about). I do think their statements have been consistent about where they are in the planning process and that's beginning stages.

It just didn't make sense to me for them to get married in the next few months. Too soon IMO. I hear what people have said about it being tougher to find time once Ashley has started her residency and JP having a big project possibly starting in September. But, they've consistently said fall wedding and I'm honestly relieved they haven't been railroaded into pushing that date up. They've only been dating exclusively since May of last year and only been started dating out in the open in August. No need to rush. I still like the idea of them not setting a date until May-ish.

Well I must admit even though I did not believe they had set a date based on what they have been saying, I actually did think the best time for that would be before Ashley starts residency and not after just because it would be too much. So I guess I disagree about not setting a date until May-ish, JMO. If it is pushed back to fall I just do not see it happening at all.

It wasn't 'pushed back to fall' - we've been hearing for quite sometime that she wants a fall wedding - that part has always remained consistent.
