Definitely don't think Greg's a good choice although I hardly ever think they make the best choice for TB. I'm still hoping that it's someone else. I doubt it will be Dr Joe, unfortunately.

i don't understand why people think it will be dr joe. he was barely on clare/tayshia's season.

I think the biggest part of the job is making sure the lead can get the final 4 , 3, & 2 to stay until the FRC. Greg will realize this if he is the next lead, then he'll know why Katie had to string him along. imo the lead knows well before the hometown dates who their F1 is. jmo

He’s good looking, smart, kind, has a job and IMO it’s time we have an Asian American as a lead.

He’s good looking, smart, kind, has a job and IMO it’s time we have an Asian American as a lead.

I've wanted Dr Joe from the start but I don't think he had a shot without doing BIP when he didn't go far in his season. He has a career and I'm sure it's not easy to just take time off. Based on all your excellent comments, I have come to the conclusion that this forum would do a much better job in choosing the next Bachelor than TPTB. We could actually get a season with sincere participants and perhaps a lasting love story.

I guess there's no charge for dreaming...

Ashley and Jared were doing a Q&A in IG and they were asked who they would like as the next Bachelor. Their first person was Michael A, but they also said they'd love to see Peter Kraus. I just thought it was interesting because I don't think his name has been tossed around yet.

I'm not sure that's a good thing for the franchise if the lead doesn't care about the roses. I would bet, if Greg is considered for TB he's changed his mind and would gladly give out roses.

PK would be for me, in the same folder as Greg. Undecisive, not ready for a long term relationship and certainly not marriage. Neither one imo can communicate clearly and effectively.

The thing is, there needs to be a certain amount of cooperation and "playing the game" from the lead, or you end up with a Clare situation.
