Listend to the first 15 minutes. Natalie knew Maddy Pruitt who was one of the finalists on Peter Weber's season. Natalie had never watched The Bachelor but watched Peter's season as she knew Maddy. The IG algorithm somehow presented Nick's photo in her Exploratory and she thought "Hot handsome guy" and sent him a DM. At this time Natalie was living in Georgia. Nick thought HOT about Natalie and they chatted. When it came time to exchange phone numbers, Natalie asked to use SnapChat as it is more private and she was a bit suspect. Nick was going to NYC for a visit and Natalie mentioned how much she liked the city. She said she would come to meet him and Nick got paranoid and asked Sharlene and Andy to accompany them on their meet up. But at the last minute, Nick decided they should share a hotel together than stay separately. Natalie immediately got Sharlene and Andy's approval ' Andy "you are not annoying"! It wasn't until they met up in NYC that Natalie realized that Nick was the former bachelor because he'd been recognized on the street or people yelled out of cars to Nick! Nick attributed the attention to his podcast rather than the Bachelor. Anyway, after some time tougher in NYC, they went back to their respective homes. They both said their relationship was purely physical attraction in the beginning.

@Norcalgal Thanks for all that. I just listened to it all.

I quite enjoyed that. I don't listen to many podcasts let alone an hour and a half. Sharleen summaries perfectly around 1:20 after Nick and Natalie are gone.

Natalie is a lovely person, great job, mature well beyond her years, and just the type of personality Nick needs in his life imo. It helps he's crazy about her.

I like the great friendship Nick has had all these years with Sharleen and Andy.

@GuardianAngel Thanks for Sharlene's summary. She's has a really good sense about people. I have to say that I was turned off by Nick's frequent references to how hot Natalie is - I get it, you like hot. But please tell me why you really love her - looks are fleeting!
