Next week is Trista and Alex the OG's of Bach Nation. Not sure which other ones. I saw clips of Nick, Jason, and Ali's in the beginning of tonight's episode so maybe theirs will be shown. Most likely Juan Pablo so they can give a recap before Clare's season.
Wells and Evan!! Ugh Chad still a jerk.

Well, well... Where is everyone? This is not a good sign for the ratings!
Again I see the angle they take in focusing on the dramatic moments, the Chad J. storyline, the many emotional breakups, and the check ins with the ones that were let go of and became thus ‘ favorites’. Except isn’t a bit hypocritical to check in with Luke and ask him about his personal life, and invite him to Paradise, ( he’s such a popular fan favorite apparently ) failing to mention that he was chosen to be The Bachelor until the very last minute...and all the not so good things that were uncovered about him.
And speaking of hypocrisy, why did they dare have Chad come on BIP after knowing what they did, he sure made more trouble there too. To this day it’s a guy that has not shown he matured, changed and wished to improve his behavior, and I feel the attention he was given just perpetuated his flaws and enabled him to NOT change while taking advantage of his low level fame to enter relationship and cause more damages.
Jojo was a very popular girl and became a sought after Bachelorette. She also had many great guys and I’m sure the producers knew and exploited her fear of falling with two guys to create and encourage the drama right until the climactic ending.
The more I watch these repeat episodes, the more I’m aware of the cruelty this whole premise and the set up of competing openly for someone ‘s love, while developing real feelings for someone else is so unnatural and traumatic for many of these people who just signed in the dotted line and ended up blindsided for the whole world to see. What is it that keeps us watching these scenarios, knowing it will NOT end well for everyone but possibly one last one, are we so out of touch with other’s pains to give in to this experiment and watch and criticize and judge everything to the bone? Are we hopelessly wishing for a little glimpse of fairy tale in our ever more challenging and disconnected world?
I can’t hide that I’m curious and excited to see Matt James become the Bachelor nonetheless. Seeing Tyler - man is this guy getting hotter or what?- there with his BFF, supporting him and empowering him, even knowing that the TPTB are fully taking advantage of their relationship and the level of ’fanhood’ it comes with, reminds me that some moments, some people and some outcomes are maybe worth discovering.

I recommend JoJo’s and Jordan’s IG stories right now. Jordan is totally unbothered, rating the kissing, cheering on Wells to make the move, calling her out for the way she dumped Luke and Chase. She’s just laughing. Nothing would affect this couple.
The one thing I don’t agree with is that she had a "great group of guys". Apart from Jordan, Wells, Evan and maybe Derek, the were pretty awful IMO. Chad, Luke, Robby, James T, Chase and so on. Yikes!

Last night I really only watched for the interviews and the proposal. I couldn’t stand the Chad stuff the first time so wasn’t interested this time either. He’s such a nasty and scary guy, whether he’s playing it up for tv or not.
Wells and Derek were my favorites that season and have come to like Jordan since. He & Jojo seem very happy and I like that they’re open about their problems. I wish them luck!

@Norcalgal thanks for posting. Sharleen is good at what she does!
I started watching it but once Chad appeared, I immediately wasn't interested.
IA with Sharleen. I think they'd have my attention more if they aired the older seasons.

I'm the opposite of Sharleen -- this was my favorite recap show yet, probably because there were so many memorable cast members from this season. I enjoyed seeing Wells, and Evan, and especially, Derek Peth -- what a gem! I was in shock recalling that JoJo let him go outside of the F4.
I remember liking Chase during this season, but what stood out to me last night was his petulant mood leaving the Fantasy Suite. Derek and even Luke left with more grace than that. As for Luke, what most stood out to me was how stunned he was when he got the boot. He was so convinced he had it in the bag.
JoJo was a near-perfect lead -- kind and charming, but also swift and decisive when needed. I was gratified at how quickly she dealt with the Chad issue once the facts were at hand. I looked at some "where are they now" articles after this show, and I saw that Chad is now making his living doing porn -- how sad, and pathetic. OTOH, it looks like Robby has done quite well for himself. And the show has paid off nicely for JoJo and Jordan as well. I'm glad that they both found their HEA with each other.
Next week looks like fun! I came on board during Desiree's season, so anything prior to that is new ground for me.
