Damn, I'm really pleasantly surprised at the cast they've assembled for her. There seems to be several age appropriate guys with actual careers.

@GuardianAngel Anesthesiologists are often not employed with a hospital but have a private practice group that contracts with hospitals to provide anesthesiology services. This has really come to light as people are billed and are responsible for the higher fees associated with out-of-network private practices. Anesthesiology is notorious for this. It's a way for the group to boost their income on unsuspecting patients that don't realize that an in-network hospital has out-of-network practitioners who are going to sock a high bill to you.
Being Canadian, you aren't aware of all the shenanigans used in health care to boost reimbursement. Those who benefit say they need that out-of-network boost to avoid losing money. I see it as taking advantage of a unsuspecting population who is very vulnerable and often don't have choices in a life-or-death situation. Can you imagine asking in the ER if the hospital has in-network anesthesiologists when you are writhing in pain or bleeding to death and require surgery?
