There was just an ad for Elly on, and they announced Wednesday October 7 as the premiere date!!

Seems as though no media outlets have picked it up yet, ha - and I saw it on at least 3 ads last night during Bach.

@butterflylove     who needs media when we have you and all the sleuthers here. Most times they get info from here to fit their narrative anyway so looking forward to more do that. Btw love your stats you did for social media that was so great to follow along and see the changes!

I agree, I just wish he didn't sound like an undertaker at rose ceremony time. He is so somber. If I didn't know better I would think someone had died.

Haha my husband comes and joins me on the couch just at rose ceremony time so he can hear oshers somber delivery. It’s perfect for the show - I love it

Some media starting - 'happy with our fellas' doesn't inspire me.  I think the article is behind a paywall, but there is nothing of interest in it, just a rehash of Elly and Matt.

Me too.

One look at their IGs show they are NOT country girls - Country AU is inland, remote, agricultural; their Instagrams are all beaches, bars, cafes, overseas travel and (especially with Elly) shilling.  

They may have lived there when they were kids but seem to have left country life FAR behind and have no right to call themselves country girls IMO - it almost feels like cultural appropriation.

Also, they're claiming to be "as Aussie as it gets"?  

Unless you are Indigenous, with 60,000+ years of Australian cultural heritage, you are not as Aussie as it gets, and it's arrogant and culturally insensitive to claim you are, IMO.

Yep. This whole country girl thing is already boring and fake as it gets. It's going to be just so tiring when the season starts. It's the first season in years I'm thinking about not watching.
