Otherwise, it would be Michelle and Graham which seems unlikely.

Ok so Holly has commitment issues and is now engaged possibly..... After only 3 months????? Woooheeeee...

Well, Michael told Holly he was going to marry her the night he met her. It took him a year to actually formally propose but he was calling her HBS (Holly Beth Stagliano) within weeks of their relationship. Kasey and Vienna might get engaged. I cannot see Holly allowing Blake to propose and w/Michael sitting there. Won't happen.
