Nope because IMO he only lost to Peter to begin with because TPTB knew he could not be easily manipulated as Peter. Mike has his issues like the rest of them but IMO no way the producers could have made his season as messy as Peter’s.

Why would Mike just get his phone back if he's been in quarantine? Has he been sick or exposed to COVID?

I imagine that they were isolated for a few days and tested, before filming something Bach related. Jesse calls it a “reunion”.
