Tyler Cameron - Bachelorette 15 - Discussion

My "maybe Hannah" was at least partly tongue in cheek, but only partly. One thing I've seen over the years is that you can never say never and be right all the time - we recently saw two people that two years ago I would have said "Never - he's just not into her" - and they just got married.

I know you’re right but, I can dream and pray, ABH and frankly...IMO and my experience, you can do a lot of things to a lot of men but, you better not publicly bruise that ego and being third or, arguably fourth kinda does that. Plus, you have to factor in how the rest of the world has done everything to make him feel better AND going forward there will be another bunch of goodies in that DM weekly (literally and figuratively) cuz now, he’s Gigi’s guy - the ultra catch. All IMO.

IMO Tyler got what he wanted from this experience and what he wanted is not Hannah, never really was her. The “fairy tale” is just that, a tale.

I don't think it's fair to say he never wanted Hannah IMO. She never really wanted him though so I can't blame the guy for moving on IMO

I don't think he "fake" proposed! At some point he wanted her. He got other opportunities and decided to explore those!

Tyler's face when Hannah cut off his proposal and then hugged him is not the face of a man who faked his was through the experience or didn't want what was in front of him or didn't believe what he was saying. His face was one of pure hurt and confusion and pain and trying to hold it together, which he did with incredible composure. It's got to be one of the top 3 (if not #1) all time F2 emotional moments for this franchise. And while I'll never say never there is a huge difference between a man who got dumped (Tyler) on national tv and a man who was adored and pursued relentlessly (Jared) on national tv. To be loved and cherished unconditionally is the greatest gift and Jared finally realized that's what Ashley offered. Tyler deserves that as well.

In the end, it worked out and all parties got what they wanted from this experience. Most importantly, they all seem to be happy right now.

Hannah's gets to be on another tv show and is happy with her new life in LA. Jed looks way happier post show and I am expecting to see him on my screen again next year. Tyler won the show without actually winning the show and is happy with his new life in NYC. Peter is enjoying life and is now, imo, most likely the next bachelor. I'm sure Luke also got something from this show and is at peace with it all. All JMO.

IMO the proposal, the “in the bubble love” was real but, Tyler did not really know who he was dealing with until the show played out before his eyes and then, it was clear Hannah was not the one. He was never going back to her after he saw it all, IMO. Hannah blew up any chance to have Tyler, all on her own. Would that we could all watch all sides and interactions of a relationship and be fully informed. That’s a gift.

Of course, it didn’t hurt that Gigi and probably dozens of others were patiently waiting. Demi Lovato is reportedly still holding a door open for Mike. These girls, with all their money and fame, know they cannot trust or believe 99% of the men who come after them. They have enough experience to know what a bad relationship looks like up close and they can discreetly attempt to meet these mostly good guys so they are proactive and I admire that. ABC does a lot of personal shopping and legwork for them.

IMO Tyler is the real deal, just being himself but, from now on - everyone will have to be wary of counterfeit great guys. Others will try to duplicate his princely cool. It will be fun to watch them try. All IMO.

Yes, well that was because one relentlessly stalked and obsessed over the other. Somehow I don't see that being the case from either Tyler or Hannah.
