My baby Hannah just killed it! Obviously she’s been working hard but when she dances it seems to come to her so naturally

Hannah did very well. That looked lovely and her dress looks great. Geeze...even Len loved it...best dance of the night.

I cam't believe Lamar is safe. Must have been a big turnout of the NBA vote.

Ray and Mary are the bottom 2. Judges saved Ray.

Are we going to have another season, where the worst dancer wins?

@mruab I thought the new rules were supposed to make this less possible but I believe Lamar had the lowest score from the judges. And yet here we are...

But the other two were close to the bottom at least and the judges votes can save a great dancer

I am glad he is safe and he deserves it! I am team Lamar and Hannah!! Both of these two will get my full amount of votes

So the voting ends at the close of the east and central showing? If so, it makes no sense to me. The later in the episode that one dances, the more voting relies on a fan base vs the actual dance. Plus, must the west vote without seeing the dances? Am I missing something?

Does anyone think Hannah will go on DWTS tour? I read that Grocery Store Joe had gone on tour with them. He was no where the dancer that Hannah is.

joe and Bobby acted as emcees. I think it will be determined by what is happening for her post shpw .

Anybody can vote during the time period of 8pm Eastern to approximately 9:50pm Eastern whether they have seen the show or not.  A lot of the pros/contestants were promoting their text code for the couple days before the show aired and telling people to vote during that time period.  So west is not prohibited from voting... they just don't see the dances.

After seeing their new format (judges' save) this is how they can have audience voting but still send someone home that night based on the judges' scores that night.  You are right though... fan base may still carry someone through. Only way it won't is if their scores are low enough to counteract the number of votes they get.

IMO, it will not be any better than what they had before.

Joe was the emcee. He did very little dancing on the tour. The one video I saw he did none.  Evidently they liked him in that role because they had him fill in when several of the other contestants had to drop out for their few appearances.

If Hannah doesn't have other projects lined up, she might. She is good enough that she could dance.  But I wonder if they might have Joe back again as the emcee?

What is the point of the revamped system when they are asking people to vote for a dance they haven't even seen yet? The only people likely to vote are the fans of who ever is dancing and wasn't the whole point of revamping the system to stop the fans carrying through someone who can't dance? IMO that will only encourage the fans to vote even more rabidly. I get the judges save. That makes sense to me, but the rest of it...stupid.
