Re: Bachelorette 15 - Hannah Brown - Media - SM - *Sleuthing Spoilers* #9
I think Hannah literally lit up whenever Tyler was mentioned in interviews - even in the beginning, and even when she was with Jed. Tyler moments were the only time she seemed excited to me in interviews in those early days.
Her social media. To me, Hannah is straight up rewriting her season as best she can on Social. She is doing her absolute best to give him everything she denied him on the show. It’s endearing, really.
So idk. With these two thoughts in mind, I find it really hard to believe any reconciliation is just because Jed screwed her. No. I think she has real feelings for Tyler, has from the beginning, and that has probably only intensified for her as the summer went on, and Tyler kept showing her, over and over, from a distance just how great he is - both on the show and even when she wasn’t around, and off, in real life. What a wake up call. But no, I don’t believe any reconciliation is just because Jed screwed her over.

Yes. A white house with blue shutters. I love the Notebook but not sure how it relates here, unless Tyler still wants Hannah? ETA- since Jed was dishonest throughout the season, from day 1, he doesn't fit into the fiance part of the Notebook. The fiance seemed like a good guy, just not right for Allie.

We all just assumed at that point it was because he was her spoiled F1 at the time. Personally, I think it’s because Hannah found out about Haley and was already regretting picking Jed over Tyler.Alanna wrote:She just seemed down and not herself when she stated media immediately after frc/returning from Greece. Do you mean when the season started and she was doing the media round? What signals show she wasn't happy?
The very thing Hannah was scared that Tyler would do to her is the very thing Jed ended up doing to her. That must have been brutal. JMO
This right here. As she said in the Lauren Zima interview Tyler scared her and seemed too good to be true, he must be a f*ckboi. Really brutal, and to be honest I would have been skeptical as well. Tyler always says the right thing and sometimes it does sound generic. And then you have these moments with Tyler where he SHINEs, and a lot of them Hannah never got to see (i.e. calling Luke out for double standards).

I really think the things Tyler says sounds specific to Hannah. You can tell he is always watching her and listening to her. What’s funny is the most generic stuff came from the one she probably trusted the most, Peter. He told her he never met a strong woman before isn’t he deleted FS scene. What? Tyler’s looks play a huge factor. It’s crazy it’s like it was con against him. All JMO

"Every relationship that I will end, when I end it, it's closed. So I will have times when I need to figure out my feelings and know them completely to be able to shut the door and not look back. And you'll see me process that," she told the former The Bachelor star.
Hannah continued, "I want to explore every single relationship until the end so I don't have to question, 'Was that because this or that? No, it was because I don't want to be with you. Great person -- but I don't want to be with you."
Hannah told Nick she didn't want to be left with any doubts or concerns she chose the wrong person in the end.
"When I make decisions, I'm confident about those," Hannah noted."
Regarding the bolded statements above, maybe this mindset is something RS had heard about Hannah and why he said there is no chance of Hannah getting back with Tyler. She says when she ends relationship it is closed, they may be a great person but she doesn't want to be with them. I still can't help thinking Tyler may be an exception with all the social media flirting she has done with him.
The bold is exactly what she didn't do IMHO. Is she saying she was confident about her F1 decision when Millsy has been saying all along she changed her mind at the last minute?
Is the bolded part above EXACTLY what Hannah said to Nick - every SINGLE relationship? She said that with every relationship she HAD, when she ENDED it, it was CLOSED?
That would have to also include whoever was her F2 at that time, which is supposedly Tyler. Knowing that she said this to Nick in June, I just don't see any way that she can walk that back just because things went terribly wrong between her and Jed afterwards. Therefore, she said that she thought that her F2 was a great person, but that she DID NOT want to be with him.
So if Tyler was her F2, then she clearly said that about HIM. Why would he even want to be with her now? That makes no sense to me.
IMHO Hannah is not some great prize, so I hope that this season ends with everyone single, especially Tyler. To quote Hannah, Tyler deserves to be chosen everyday, and not to be someone's backup plan.

She honestly just looks silly saying this now considering the real prize she ended up choosing. She truly blew it. JMO.

People are allowed to "blow it" in life and correct their mistakes. It depends on how receptive her partner is and to me Tyler seems like the forgiving type. We will know for sure in a few days. But I don't understand why Hannah isn't allowed to correct her mistakes and try again when both Arie and Jason were allowed to?
And I remember reading that part of the reason Jason and Melissa weren't connecting after the show was because she was also getting back together with her ex-boyfriend in Texas. Hannah is not a lesser person than Arie or Jason (I like her A LOT more than Arie actually) - she has just as much right to try again and fix her mistake as they do, if Tyler is receptive. IMO.

Is anyone discussing Cary’s comment about Hannah’s dress? I thought it was sweet that he said she love the dress and it made her feel better about sending home someone she truly loved.

She's totally allowed to attempt a second chance like Jason and Arie but her being so stern about closing the door on relationships and not going back makes me feel like it would be unfair to Tyler for her to even attempt it. She didn't give him a fair chance during the show. She set her sights on Luke and then Jed while Tyler was an afterthought. If he is willing to look past it and start over she's a lucky girl and I hope she cherishes him. I'm still reserving judgement for ATFR. I want her explain why she treated him differently than the others. I just don't think she was fair to him. JMO.

@Pattycake92 Yes, but I had a different take. It felt like Cary was trying to shift blame to Hannah for a horrendous outfit call he made that he was being blasted about. I’m sure she liked it but she liked other dresses too I’m sure. He’s the one in charge of styling her for a tv show watched by millions of people. And he’s made more than one bad choice this season. JMO
This storyline has been such a mess I didn’t focus on Hannah’s styling this season which IMO had more misses than makes.
