The Wyatts welcomed a film crew into their home, perpetuated the lie(s) Jeddie-Boy was spinning and have lashed out in SM after Hannah kicked him to the curb. Other contestants' parents have refused the visit, for various reasons. Sorry not sorry. IMHO.

imo the wyatt's weren't in on jed's lie. hayley has said in her interviews that she and jed told friends they were broken up as cover for the show. i bet jed told his parents they broke up before leaving for the show. the wyatt's were probably not happy that their son, who in their eyes had just ended a relationship with hayley, was already considering proposing to a girl he met on reality tv. i think that's where mr.wyatt's instagram rant was coming from. in fact, his father's post about true love starting after the cameras stop rolling and not knowing what is real and what is produced actually makes me think that jed told them he was in love with hannah. this is all jmo.

the commercial where mrs.wyatt is rude is probably a fake-out, with a big lead up like bryan's mom telling rachel she'll kill her,  and in the end will be a big nothing.
