I think Gregg will be, now that the convention in Saudi Arabia is over, but I had a look at flights when Colton and Cass flew to St Lucia, and it's not the most easiest, direct island to fly to.

Not sure, but I think they somehow heard of that local rescue center and decided to pay a quick visit and promote it.

The Admin handling the rescue's SM accounts knew they are in Saint Lucia tagged them in a post and invited them to visit the rescue.

I think it had to do with them being invited to the CMA's. Thailand was all lined up for their anniversary per their interviews back in September, but once they were invited to the CMA's, travelling east would take over a day, whereas flying down to the Caribbean is only a few hours.
