I was never super excited about Colton being the Bachelor, but I do admit having this variety of Bachelors, especially with the most recent one, put things into perspective. He stuck to his guns and never compromised his integrity. With all this terrible experience in his past, I'm glad it led to where he is now and I'm glad he's with Cassie. They seem to both be level headed and humble people, so I will be rooting for them.

You never know what one is going through in life. All I know is I always thought he was a good guy and gave him so much credit for going after what he wanted, and what he thought was right for him!

Cassie and her family have been so good to him. Something that stood out to me is how Amy told him to come back to their house because it would be dangerous to be alone. I guess Cassie would have stayed with him anyway, but still.
