I was going to wait until west coast aired to post this, but I am too impatient. So here it goes! The secret is finally out!!! I was smiling during every second of tonight's episode. It was so nice to see the love story this episode rather than the lead pretending to be torn up until the 11th hour. I felt like Cassie was falling in love with Colton all along, but got scared (and who wouldn't in that environment) and her journal revealed she really was falling for him. Having seen friends deal with controlling men, I completely understood her fear and I was glad she let Colton know what she needed from him. Their People interview was beyond adorable. I think these kids have a real shot and are leaving the show with much less baggage than most couples have.

I was not the least bit interested in this season going in and found it mostly boring early on but ended up really enjoying the last few episodes. I love that Colton sent the other 2 women away and pursued the one he wanted. I can see why Cassie was reluctant and undecided but think she's in love with him now. They're young and none of us know their future but right now they're a very cute couple and seem very happy. I just love not having an engagement at the end and hope they give it up in the show (not holding my breath).

Hannah B was a little too cringeworthy tonight and hope they teach her some tv skills. I'm not happy about this choice but will watch, I'm sure. Meh hmmm

I was so positively surprised by this finale, the whole episode was basically only about Cassie and Colton.
There were a few specific moments, that stood out to me. Firstly, Cassie didn't even try acting at all. She knew Colton was coming to knock at her door, and didn't fake surprise. I loved that.
And when Colton told her he jumped the fence and did a disappearing act, Cassie's reaction was so cute.
I liked how Colton told his family, that they only going to meet one woman, they already knew Cassie was someone really special.
Cassie videotaping herself reading her journal to Colton was extremely touching.

The whole finale was really good, and I have high hopes for this couple. I think meeting every week after filming has been great for them, and they really don't have the usual baggage from the show hanging over them. Also an engagement isn't putting any pressure on them. Jmo.

Loved this episode. It was just the two of them and showed their relationship with all the ups and downs. I can see why she left but glad she took her time to think about going back with Colton and not just saying yes ASAP. Best wishes to both of them and a part of me hopes it works out with them.

Also hoping Hannah B. won't be so nervous and works on her speeches/talks with the guys before filming for her season starts because I did a lot of cringing during her part. Embarressed!

Just read a Reddit post from someone who was actually at the live ATFR last night:

- Said she was really skeptical about C&C but after seeing them live she changed her opinion.
- They were super sweet together. Colton was happy and seemed sooo into her and Cassie seemed really happy. During commercial breaks they seemed very happy and would give each other little kisses.
- Happy and beaming the whole time.
- Walking off stage - holding hands and swinging their arms and plain old beaming.

This is all coming from a super skeptic about the whole reconciliation story.

I wonder how TPTB handle future seasons because one of the facts of why Cassie bailed was that she did not see herself as the front runner. She saw other girls getting GDRs and more 1on1 dates than what she got. How was she to know ? Besides, she also said (on GMA?) that the total time she spent with Colton was not enough for her to know without a doubt(I’m paraphrasing here). I understand why she bailed but I do wonder how the producers would potentially adjust in other seasons. Hopefully.
