He and Cassie both lost around 20 lbs post show imo. I mean..they both looked good before and after but Cassie is SUPER tiny now and Colton looks buff as hell. I mean i saw a gym pic and my first thought was this dude must be tryin' to look good naked ....

When I saw him last week in person, he was super lean. Not skinny by any means, but very fit. He has definitely lost at least 15+ pounds since the show. I know he said all he did was eat while filming.
