MAFS - Season 8 - Episodes - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I started watching the link I posted in the link thread but the advertisement every few minutes was so annoying and I ran out of time.

The only thing that sticks in my mind, is whoever said as long as his wife can cook, she's a keeper, paraphrasing. I didn't like the sound of that!

I really hope it's a good season, they need one!

Anyone watching live now?

I did watch the show. Can't tell who might make it and who won't. Interesting though.

It's hard to tell. I have my doubts about Luke and Kate still being together.

I do have a hard time believing that some of the couples are not paired for the dramatic/train wreck effect, though. There has to be some of that -- when Luke was listing off the physical traits and characteristics of women that he has dated and been typically attracted to, he was describing women that did not resemble Kate. Why do that if you want a relationship to work? I deem a season successful if one couple stays together long-term. One advantage to 4 couples this season -- increased chance of one couple staying together.

All of the above is JMO.

I agree but in most Reality shows they want drama so who knows.  I'm sticking with it though because can not watch this seasons Bachelor.

Luke and Kate seem mismatched. She acts very young and giggly. He seems serious and snot nosed, just like his mother acted with her comments about being married at first sight. She said it was a mockery, I am saying he did it to be on TV.

Keith & Kristine seemed to hit it off great at the wedding, I like them.
But then when I think of Davina and Sean, they were all over each other at the wedding too and that fizzled quicker than a fire cracker.

You could be right about the bolded!  Maybe a chance to promote his business of getting singles together.  It's kind of funny how his actions are compared to his words, that he only wants to be married once, when the show really hasn't had that great of a record of the marriages working.

I haven't watched yet but how did Luke & Kate turn out? Does she recognize him and did they get married?
