Tornado Warnings for Franklin and Madison County have expired. Tornado Watches remain in effect for most of central Ohio until 9 p.m. Monday.

Within minutes of my last post, it got real dark real fast and the heaven's have opened!

This storm started an hour ago, 4 hours away from me. Incredibly fast large moving storm!

@GuardianAngel All is good. We are still under the warning, but I think the worst has passed. Same as you it got dark very fast and the heavens opened up a downpour. I lost power for a few minutes, but it is all back and I keep getting phone calls by whoever manages these warnings. One to give me the warning, another to say all is clear, but then another warning.

This is why I will always have a land line. Despite power going out I still have service. At work we are mandated to have one land line in each home so that we can reach emergency services.

Bay Area has been having hundreds of dry lightening strikes. Originally, we were told to expect dry lightening but when I got up at 6 am, we had 0.0.5 inch of rain.
