A redditor made this list about the similarities and synchronicities in Becca & Garrett's lives. It talks about both their moms being cancer survivors, them being the youngest siblings, and that G's sis-in-law is also named Rebecca. It also lists Beccett's tattoos being on the same place on the same foot, about the 'Uncle Gary' thing, about the same bunkbeds they had in the mansion, the bike (with the sticker) that Garrett had, their 2-month long engagement/marriage, B's run-in with G's sister at the airport after his hometown and the note Steve and Jill's wedding invite that B found in the Bible while packing her place up in Minnesota.
Do we agree with this? Can you guys think of more?

Yes I saw that before and especially to Becca finding her parents wedding invite, I think it’s a sign that her dad approves of Garrett and that he is the one for her.
