I think those applying for the show just see it as a launch pad, not necessarily them hiring them do perform a role. They've seen how Sam Frost has scored a role on Home and Away and they think they'll get that too. But unfortunately for them, they're all getting screwed over by the producers with one of them looking like a stage-5 clinger, another looking like a mean girl and no airtime for the jewellery and fashion designing plugs.

But considering how many different ads Nick is on at the moment (Tradie, Amarok, some Lager), I think he definitely did this to launch some sort of presenting career and if he got a girl out of it, bonus!

i read an exit interview with Kayla (and now i can't bloody find it?maybe ten deleted it?) she said that 90% of the girls in the house were not into Nick and only stayed for a chance at BIP or IG followers..i think Nick is smart and knows who they are..she also mentioned that Britt is probably the girl best suited for him but not sure if he picks her?......Nick also mentioned in an interview it's a show and sometimes he had to be fed some lines himself...(i just hope not towards the end)..

basically imo the girls that seem real and there for him are probably his final 4-6....

90% of the girls not being into Nick doesn't surprise me. He's a pretty unique character personality and looks wise, and it may not be all the girls cup of tea whereas with previous Bachelors usually the girls would find the guy easy on the eye at least, and later interest might wane due to lack of personal chemistry. This might further support the idea that it was clear from the start to all the girls that Brittany was the obvious match for Nick!

As we've all been saying, looks like 3 of the top 4 are very tight. If we hadn't of sleuthed that Brooke went out at F3 I would have taken this as a sign of her being F1. I also think it's lovely that Cass appears to be doing well despite all the negative SM stuff she is getting

Ahhh good one @casualfan thanks! i have read so many exit interviews maybe i got mixed up with another one or maybe it was the other cayla? but someone definitely said it - i haven't been as invested in copying all the articles as previous seasons sorry  

best thing i have seen in awhile is how close Britt,soph and cass are!! is it bad that i am enjoying watching their friendship
