I definitely don't disagree with that (I went after him harder than almost anyone in the beginning), but I just don't think he's that tied to his political beliefs and think he just kind of believed everything people in his family and friends did. It reminds me of my conservative Indian family. The fact that all of the MOC on the season have defended him and he's apologized gives me hope. And, I'm sure that my ability to forgive is based on the fact that it's a more passive form of bigotry whereas I'm still not over what Jordan Rodgers did, as that was such an active and cruel form of discrimination and bigotry. And, yet he's a fan fave here! I think it just feels like people make excuses and justifications depending on who they like.

There's no denying the genuine emotion & heartbreak from Blake though

As much as I think Blake needs therapy instead of the Bach gig...
