I really love how smiley he is. Also I noticed in the preview he's the first guy to step in and try to break up the fight between Paddy and that other guy. Seems like a good one. But Ali will ditch him soon enough I'm sure. She has "other" priorities IMO.

On paper, he has so many things common with Ali: Fitness and Meditation.
He seems like a nice guy. Thank goodness Ali didn't pick him. I don't think he will treat Ali like a princess

The Bachelorette's Damien Rider 'is facing charges of assault and trespass following his arrest at Splendour in the Grass'... which occurred while Ali Oetjen's season was still filming in July
Despite being one of the men vying for Ali Oetjen's heart on the season which debuts on Wednesday, the 42-year-old is 'facing charges of assault and trespass'.
The Courier Mail has reported that Damien 'assaulted a security guard, threatened him with a plank of wood and kicked him, before he was arrested on July 19.'

He joins the ranks with Blake Coleman.If this happened during filming and while he was on the show then I'd guess that's the reason he gets kicked off (not that I think he would go far anyway though)
