I read that too.    Poor petal.  IMO the editors had a definite plan for Daniel and it was pretty much comic relief.  He's a little deluded if he thinks that's going to translate into Lead.  

What do we think about Ivan?  IMO TPTB kind of owe him after allowing him to humiliate himself by butchering avacados, but I'll be honest, I can't see any of the girls being into him.

Finally our first CONFIRMED contestant - Rachael has been papped at the airport.

Third time lucky! It seems Rachael Gouvignon is looking to find love on reality TV AGAIN as she was spotted arriving in Fiji last Monday ahead of filming for the new season of Bachelor In Paradise

Last Monday is exactly when Tiffany said filming would start, so seems things are on schedule.  This also suggests to me DM might be sitting on pics of other contestants.  

Cough 'em up, DM!

ETA:  The article above names Dasha as a contestant, along with Cass and Brooke.  Seems she's gone off Charlie then.   So that would make our potential starter girls:

Rachael
Dasha
Cass
Brooke
Shannon
and possibly Alex IMO

@Bobette WooHoo! Yes definitely filming started and the timing matches the photographer flying on Monday too. It's possible they started later in the day on Monday or likely early Tuesday when everyone had arrived and settled in. 

IA that DM is sitting on pics   They always seem to do that then release when it suits them for click$. They definitely know things considering how much access they get even to BTS pics on matrix and diimex. Hopefully more soon!


ETA: Dasha has posted of herself in California in the USA and she did media with Charlie after he had been eliminated so if she is a contestant it would be later on I'd think?

DM are doubling down on their claim that Dasha's on BiP.  The word "exclusive" I think usually means they've got a confirmed source, and it's by Jo Scrimshire who IMO is one of their more reliable/reputable journos.

Do Dasha's pics seem real time?  Aren't there wildfires in California at the moment?  Would be an odd choice of holiday location at such a dangerous time IMO.  Could be she took pics prior as a red herring not expecting the fires?  

ETA: Hmmm ok by her comments she does seem to be there (otherwise this is in extremely poor taste IMO).

ETA2: DM have updated their article and seem to be back pedalling:

In the event Dasha is travelling to the South Pacific to film the dating series, she will be joining her former co-stars Brooke Blurton and Cassandra Wood, who have both been confirmed for the new season.

For her to be O/S is suss though - I think she may be a later arrival.

I’m not really a fan of Rachael but I do think she is genuinely looking for love. Hopefully she finds someone this time.

Osher arriving Monday night so they started filming then on Tuesday Nov 6 as speculated upthread that would be the day they'd film. 

So that means 5 days of filming. They'd likely have had a RC already and newer arrivals already arrived. So filming probably Ep 2-3+ this week?

Dasha Gaivronski was seen catching a flight out on Sydney on Sunday, also reportedly bound for the South Pacific isle.

Last Sunday? Or this Sunday? She could have flown to LA thus at internationals. Would be interesting to find out since she did interviews with Charlie (radio) so that means she would have been given freedom to do so while filming? I'd think she'd be a later arrival 

@Bobette Jo Scrimshire definitely lurks on our forum so I am thinking she saw post about Dasha in California so double checked

Charlie and Dasha were doing interviews with Kyle and Jackie O in the studio on Thurs. If she flew out to LA it got to be after Thurs
