Gosh, half an hour after I logged off!!! I couldn't stay up any longer.

Great news!!! I'm so happy for their little family! Lauren was amazing throughout the last night months especially towards the end. I'm so happy everything went well!

Looking forward to pictures, especially when Alessie meets her little sister and brother.

I want to know details! laugh out loud

None yet that I can see. Most of the tabloids are publishing what we already know.

If they sold pics to a magazine then yes, they'd have to wait until the story comes out. When Crystal N had her baby, and it was later in the evening on March 31, the People article came out later the next day, which was Crystal's first post about the birth of her daughter. Since we haven't seen anything yet, I'm still holding out hope that Arie and Lauren are going to release pics on their terms, even if its on their own YouTube channel than sell it to a magazine. But I agree with @Idlemess, publishing seems to be the trend now.

I do hope Momma and babies are doing well. I have to admit the silence makes me a little nervous. Anyone know what the hospital stay is for a baby delivered by C-Section is now? Hopefully they'll post a quick message soon, even just to say all is well.

3-4 days hospital stay for c-section. Can vary a day depending on mom's and baby's condition (and insurance).

If they're getting paid for it then I would think yes they have to wait until the magazine puts the first pics out. I think that's exactly what the hold up is and why we haven't seen a picture of Arie & Lauren showing off the babies. Although Arie isn't hurting for cash it's probably a good way to kick off the college funds , why not ? cantstopl

Looks like baby boy is doing well, and per the YouTube video, baby girl is still in the NICU. No name updates yet.

Oh my goodness, just watched the video, how precious. No wonder they've been silent, they've been so busy. Looks like they're still in the hospital and hopefully baby girl is out of the NICU soon. So happy for the update, extra prayers for them tonight.

@TheLurker thanks for the update and agree @alwayscooking that was so sweet and touching.
IMO they’re striking a good balance between giving an update and saving moments for just family. The way Arie narrated, they seem to have saved some moments for themselves, which is great. Hope we see the little baby girl in due time PINKHEART
