Guest host Violet Benson is the 30 yr old operator of the 4M IG meme account Daddy Issues. She was originally an accountant but transitioned to full time social media influencer a few years ago.
She appears to be a friend of Amanda Stanton who likely recommended her as a cohost.

He worked well together with Violet who was very funny, & I'm glad Amanda recommended her!  I was sad when Nick opened up about being bullied as a child, but this only shows what a strong person Nick is & is such an inspiration to anyone that you can not only overcome obstacles in life but succeed! I also love Nick's honesty and amazing advice!

I enjoyed hearing both their stories about bullying and how each turned a negative into a positive. 
For Violet, being judged by women because of her looks transformed into starting Daddy Issues. Initially she did it anonymously so people could only focus on her personality. She didn’t reveal herself for over a year - after her account already had fame. I read about it HERE .
In Nick’s case, the bullying was about sexual orientation. His talk about how in high school (his bullied year was before that time) he didn’t agree when classmates were being called gay but didn’t speak out is an important message especially since in college he made a point of befriending guys who were gay and is now talking about how to use past experience to do something positive. Sharing his story of being bullied humanizing the concept, is a way of speaking out, and will hopefully empower any listeners who are themselves being bullied to stay strong.

@mistygracie74 the pic you posted of Nick with a cute ginger haired boy could be a filming location. The boy is a child actor but Nick holding coffee looks like a chance encounter. 
When Nick was on Access with Hannah she did mention that he was acting along with his other projects and since actors can’t reveal projects until they get the green light from production something sounds to be in the works. Plus in an IG story that day he did say he was on his way to film something. 
Still waiting for his Family Guy cameo. Should be cute. 

Also Nick has said that he and the crew will be putting out at least 1 Bad Chiller epi. Looking forward to that

@notarose Totally agree with you! Really does look like a filming location, also the young boy's mom, who runs his instagram page, recently posted "Joshie got a job!", which might mean they are filming something! Also, Josh's talent agency DBATalent re-posted this same photo on their page https://instagram.com/p/Bs4J_rjDH_g which makes believe it's a photo taken in a filming location! How cool would be if they are playing father and son!
